Look here, man. Kirk Cousins and Maxx Crosby were held out of Saturday's practice for disciplinary reasons. The two got into an altercation during Friday's practice after Cousins confronted Crosby for being too physical. According to ESPN, when Crosby hit Cousins twice, the 15-year veteran had enough, Cousins got in Crosby's face, grabbing the All-Pros jersey, while both exchanged words before it was broken up.
