I have literally always been obsessed with the rugable and rave about rugable to whoever listens, which is why I was thrilled and shocked when I found out they were going to sponsor the pod. My kitchen runner, foyer runner, outdoor balcony rug and living room rug are all rugable. I'm not exaggerating. Not only do they have the chicest designs for whatever you're looking for, whether your style is boho, modern, classic, the rugs are both stain resistant and machine washable. This is key for me as a New Yorker with a dog. You don't even want to know what kind of city sludge he can drag into the house on any given day. But with rugable, you don't have to worry about professional carpet cleaners or big machines. You can just throw it in the wash and it comes out looking as high quality as the day you got it. It's truly a game changer. Oh, and the non-slip backing that every single one of the rugs has, also key for having a dog with the zoomies. So they're functional for high traffic homes. Yes, but they're also fashionable. I truly take pride in my interior design skills and my guests always compliment my rugs. Thanks, Rugable. Love ya and so happy you're a sponsor now. Hey everybody, welcome back to another episode of Snark Bait. I'm Christy and we have a very special guest with us today. We have Rachel, our social manager, on the mic with us. Sophie is on vacation. Rachel, how are you doing this morning?
**Rachel** (2:30)
I'm great. I am so excited to be joining you this week. It feels like perfect timing since we're both Swifties and we both watch Love Island. We just have so much to talk about.
**Christy** (2:41)
This is the perfect opportunity for you to be on mic today. We were just saying off mic how Sophie doesn't watch Love Island. Sophie definitely follows Taylor Swift and the wedding. I mean, who isn't at this point? But Rachel and I are huge Swifties, to the max. I'm excited to share this recap of Taylor's wedding because I feel like that's the headline on everyone's mind right now.
I wanted to just provide a quick update in programming. So tomorrow on the Patreon, if you guys are patrons, Olivia and Sophie are going to be talking about their hot takes this week. And then on Thursday, we're going to do a normal What's the Snark episode. Olivia is subbing in for me this week.
Yeah, because I was out of office due to a family issue. So I appreciate you guys being flexible with our change in programming this week, but we will deliver fire episodes for you guys as usual. So Rachel, let's get right into it. How was your 4th of July weekend? You were having a ball.
**Rachel** (3:52)
I was. I was. I was down at the shore.
I'm from Philly, so we always go down to the Jersey shore for holidays like this. I was with my friends and we were having a great time. But honestly, like as fun as it was, mentally, I was at MSG and I couldn't stop refreshing and going on Reddit and going on Instagram and TikTok, and I sound so insane because I should be living in the moment. But this was such a huge weekend for me, which sounds so dramatic, but it was so exciting just to see everyone popping up in their outfits and knowing that it was all happening. But other than that, obviously that was the most exciting part of my weekend. It was great. It was just nice to be the friends. And at the beach. But what about yourself?
