It's another Dark Energy Tuesday. We got so much on the docket, lots to talk about. But before we do that, Sophie, how was your weekend at the shore?

**Sophie** (1:42)
It was great. We had perfect weather at the shore this weekend. So it was very nice, very relaxing. I'm reading a really good book called Count My Lies. I'm always reading books about like a female talented Mr. Ripley. It's always like some woman who lies her way into a good-looking wealthy couple's life.
She's like, I'm going to be their nanny or their housemaid and blah, blah, blah. I'm hiding a dark past. I love books like that. It's the same formula every time.

**Christy** (2:14)
I'm actually also reading a thriller and now I can't for the life of me remember it and I'm in a new set up if you guys are on YouTube because my sister is living at my house, so I'm at my mom's, so I don't have my normal set up. So I'm very disoriented right now and my phone is over there as my light source, so I can't check. But in any case, it's about this girl who witnessed a family annihilation.
The book starts off really strong. Basically, she's hiding in a basin because her sister tells her to because this man is attacking their entire family and she escapes by God's grace. Then it fast forwards in chapter 2 as to where she is today, 20 years later and her half brother who was a part of the massacre, who was severely injured but survived the massacre, was tried and incarcerated for the death of her entire family. But now, the brother is being released from prison today, and now she's having to deal with the fact that did her brother do it, did he not, and another whole thing is her sister who told her to hide in the basement has been missing ever since that night. It's really good.

**Sophie** (3:13)
Well, you need to remember the name. It's not Dark Places by Gillian Flynn, is it?

**Christy** (3:16)
It's not a Gillian Flynn novel. It's something different.

**Sophie** (3:19)
Because it sounds like I read Dark Places forever ago.
Obviously, Gillian Flynn is like the goat. Yeah. But it sounds similar to the plot of that book. Anyway, how was your weekend? So your sister's in town?

**Christy** (3:32)
Yes. So my sister and Miss Mo. Miss Mo and my brother-in-law. So I've been very busy doing family activities all weekend.

**Sophie** (3:41)
So fun.

**Christy** (3:42)
Yeah. But no, I was telling Sophie and I was telling my audience, the last has been has absolutely wrecked my shit. I'm going to be honest.
It has been quite the last couple of weeks for me, and I've been dealing with high anxiety, high stress, looks like a bit of a depression, if I'm going to be honest.

**Sophie** (3:59)
You also have been dealing with a lot of stress at work at your full-time job.

**Christy** (4:04)
Yeah.

**Sophie** (4:06)
I just want to remind everyone that this isn't our full-time job. You have a very stressful job.

**Christy** (4:13)
Yeah. I think I need to deal with my stress a little bit better. I have just been feeling it physically and emotionally, and then this week, it really came to a head. Obviously, I'm not at my home right now, so I haven't been in my normal space either, so I feel like my brain is a little bit- Out of sorts. Yeah, it's a little bit out of sorts.
