Before the trophy and bragging rights are rightfully yours, before your sleeper turns in a season no one saw coming, before stats and projections turn into points on the board and your lineup falls perfectly into place, you flip the lid on a can of on-nicotine pouches, and as you make your first pick, you know, this is the season where fantasies are going to surpass reality. It's on. Products for tobacco consumers 21 years of age or older. Warning, this product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.

Hey, it's Cramer, and this is my morning take on the market from today's CBC Investing Club morning meeting.
I am gunning for those who are doing these circular deals. I call them lazy Susan deals. That's what we called them in 2000 I was confronted with several of these at thestreet.com, where people asked me to take money and then asked me to buy product. I would not do it. I felt it was illegal, but what's happening, many of these are. It's good to see the Blue Owl may be backing out of an Oracle. Now, by Oracle, they say they have somebody else do it.
SPEAKER_3 (1:16)
Right, they said the project's on schedule.
Jim Cramer (1:18)
We need to see rationality. It could hurt Nvidia a little bit, short term, but in the end, they're all going to go higher, except for Oracle, and OpenAI's not coming. Oracle has to save its balance sheet. This is about people believing that the company's solvency is the question. I know that's unbelievable.
SPEAKER_3 (1:33)
The newest deal that you mentioned, or reported interest, is between OpenAI and Amazon, and talks to raise 10 billion or more from Amazon, and they'll use the tranium chips. This is by the information. Sory also mentions the two companies are discussing other partnership opportunities, like integrating chat with a shopping feature on Amazon. And keep in mind, OpenAI signed a pact to spend 38 billion on AWS for AI workloads. That was announced last month.
Jim Cramer (1:58)
Yeah, but I do think that, look, I like Amazon, and I like Amazon for more than just Amazon Web Services. I would love to see them not play this game. They don't need to play this game. That was kind of embarrassing. Do they really need tranium chips sold so badly that they give somebody 10 billion to buy them? No, you're right at home. You know you wouldn't do this. You could never get away with it. These guys can't either. You know why? You know what's going to happen? We're not going to let them.
SPEAKER_3 (2:25)
Yeah, or maybe the market.
Jim Cramer (2:27)
Well, the market's telling you. Oracle's telling you. The stock's telling you. It's not me. I'm not going to look. I don't have any firepower. But the discipline is being exerted by them. We're not going to let them. The market is not going to let this happen. And the market is a cruel taskmaster. And no one's tougher than the bond market. And the bond market is saying, uh-uh. Not going to happen. Blue Owl pulls out.
SPEAKER_3 (2:48)
It's kind of like Liberation Day, right? What happened in the bond market.
Jim Cramer (2:51)
Yes.
SPEAKER_3 (2:51)
The bond market tells the truth. And the administration changed their tune. They started doing some delays.
Jim Cramer (2:54)
Look, Blue Owl's stock got crushed because they were doing this crap. Now they've stopped. They're pulling out where they can. And the company's stock is coming back. And I won't worry about their bonds. Yeah. And people are worried about their bonds. This is very important stuff. Start your day with my outlook on the market.
