Before the trophy and bragging rights are rightfully yours, before your sleeper turns in a season no one saw coming, before stats and projections turn into points on the board, and your lineup falls perfectly into place, you flip the lid on a can of on nicotine pouches. And as you make your first pick, you know, this is the season where fantasy is going to surpass reality. It's on. Products for tobacco consumers 21 years of age or older. Warning, this product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.

Jim Cramer (1:02)

Hey, it's Cramer. And this is my morning take on the market from today's CNBC Investing Club Morning Meeting. You know, I spent a lot of time with Nvidia. Yeah, look, you do some things right, do some things wrong in life. I mean, I got this one right. And I have to tell you over the course of the long term, I have to tell you that this is not the reaction that is in keeping with what they intend to do in China. There's a belief that the Chinese, including the government, are going to encourage writing, coding on Nvidia's chips because they're far stronger and better than what they have from Huawei. This company is the way you get shut out of the world if you don't adopt it.

The Chinese want this badly, and yet there's a financial times story which says the Chinese government really doesn't want to encourage it. Now, these stories are what I call lies, okay? Remember, I've been a journalist for 40 years, okay? You can make a headline and a story, and it can be a lie, and no one is ever going to put you in the journalism jail because there is none. So let's understand that my information is right, and I don't know where the hell they get their information, but they're wrong. It is a retail stock. You and I have owned it all the way, and I've got to tell you that they are shocked that this stocks decline.

And just to bring back the news that came out yesterday, the US approved sales of the H200 AI chips to approved customers in China. The US is going to get a 25 percent cut. You mentioned why it should be up. Well, if you look at the impact, Wells Fargo, they estimate this could add 25 to 30 billion of annual revenue, or about 60 cents to 70 cents of earnings per share.

Jim Cramer (2:47)

Pure bonus. Remember what he said to me? Pure bonus. When you get a bonus, and you remember, this is not an expensive stock by any means.

SPEAKER_4 (2:57)

It isn't, especially given the growth rate.

Jim Cramer (2:59)

It's beginning to remind me of Alphabet before they went nuts.

SPEAKER_4 (3:02)

But no one's really been factoring AI sales. Jensen hasn't been factoring any AI sales into guidance. He repeated that when he came down to the stock exchange and spoke to club members. But he said this would be a bonus if it happens.

Jim Cramer (3:14)

Remember what he was able to do. The anti-globalists in the White House are very, very powerful. Peter Navarro, someone I've known for 50 years, very, very powerful. The president overrode all of them. Why? Because he has a deal. And the deal is that the Chinese won it, and now they can have it. Jensen convinced them that the Chinese would not use it for the PLA. That was the sticking point. The media has not picked up any of this. And I got to tell you, look, I don't know who the hell is writing these stories and who they're talking to. But you know who they're not talking to? The company. So anyway, we've got to, you know, yeah, I'm fed up. The whole way. Look, own it, don't trade it, it's because of these kinds of stories.

In the book.

SPEAKER_4 (3:56)

Yeah, that's a good point.

Jim Cramer (3:57)

And how to make money in the market. Own it, not trade it is because the media has been wrong the whole way.

SPEAKER_4 (4:02)

It's like blocking out the noise when you hear Apple supply chain, you know, low-run orders.

Jim Cramer (4:08)

Yeah, that's a very good example, yeah, Apple supply. Start your day with my out look on the market every morning. Visit cnbc.com/morningtake to become a CNBC Investing Club member at a special rate today.
