Jim Cramer (0:59)

Hey, it's Cramer, and this is my morning take on the market from today's CNBC Investing Club morning meeting. What I really want to do is give all club members a sense that perhaps the drift out of MAG, not the pour out, but the drift out of MAG 7 may be overdone, and that when you see the numbers, I think that most of them will be raised, not lowered, in part because, by the way, cloud. People need to hear this, and I think I gotta get this right. Ben writes this for thank you for sharing this. There is a tremendous shortage of CPUs right now.

SPEAKER_4 (1:33)

Yes.

Jim Cramer (1:33)

So, if you're in on-premise, that's where you have to buy a lot of CPUs, why not offload it and go to the cloud where you don't have that problem? I think that the people who run the cloud from Google, the cloud from Azure, Microsoft and the cloud from Amazon Web Services will really do incredibly well from on-premise people moving to the cloud as fast as they can.

SPEAKER_4 (1:58)

Yeah, definitely look for a revenue growth acceleration from those big players.

Jim Cramer (2:02)

That could help our Mag-700 leads.

SPEAKER_4 (2:04)

Yeah, but you can't talk cloud without talking NVIDIA. They announced a big partnership today with CoreWeave, an expansion of their partnership to enable CoreWeave to accelerate the build out of more than 5 gigawatts of AI factories. NVIDIA is also investing another 2 billion in CoreWeave. You got to talk to Jensen and Michael Intrader, the CEO of CoreWeave. I heard some upbeat things from Jensen, Demand, still very significant, really strong, and he's out in China right now, which is all the talk, because we're all wondering, are they going to make a deal with the government? Are we going to see orders come back from Alibaba and ByteDance? But he says keep it out of the models.

Jim Cramer (2:43)

Right, but he needs to be incredibly confident. Now, I know that you know in our NVIDIA Millionaire's Lunch that the thing that I'm known as being an NVIDIA bull, I will say, look, NVIDIA, you're not buying it at the high. Now, there's so many new club members. A new club member, we're going to talk about another stock that I like right now for you to buy, but a new club member needs to sock in some NVIDIA right here because we've had tremendous multiple compression ahead of what could be another earnings explosion. I feel that Jensen very much is saying, look, multiple year, when I asked him about the new iteration of Vero Rubini, I think he's trying to say something for the GTC, but I do point out that when you see things like this anthropic explosion, I mean, you're going to need as many GPUs as possible, which means his chips, which means you might go to CoreWeave because you're in a jam and can't get them from anywhere else.
