Jim Cramer (0:01)

Jim Cramer here to share with you a sample of my take on the market from today's CNBC Investing Club Morning Meeting.

The wonderment that I have is that people keep thinking there's just four or five companies. There's actually, I can name like 50 companies that are doing well because they're involved with Tech Titans. Listen, Honeywell wants to be involved with Tech Titans with this acquisition.

Jeff Marks (0:24)

Well, I mean, and just to go back, I could argue it's good for DuPont's electronics business as well. It's extraordinary, but no one's focused on it.

Jim Cramer (0:33)

It's great that you mentioned that because we're going to come in one day and DuPont stock is going to be a five. And people will say, well, why was it a five?

And the answer is what we just said. And I think that you have to own DuPont right here. It's just not adorning.

Jeff Marks (0:46)

It seems like it's stuck in this, you know, the breakup, purgatory. People want to wait. But you know, don't count out Breen to, who's the chairman now, by the way, to look to extract value by ahead of time in the market.

Jim Cramer (1:00)

I mean, I would actually buy some right here. We last buy was what, 79?

Jeff Marks (1:05)

Yeah, I think 79, 78

Jim Cramer (1:06)

Would you buy some right here?

Jeff Marks (1:07)

I mean, look, it's definitely tempting. If you don't own it, I would definitely buy some. Definitely like it from the upside.

Jim Cramer (1:13)

Well, it'll go to 76 if it goes to 76?

Jeff Marks (1:16)

Yeah, we'll keep an eye on it. You mentioned Honeywell, too. So they're in the news. They make an acquisition this morning, spending $1.8 billion to acquire Air Products LNG heat exchanger business, a small deal, but it complements their existing LNG portfolio, and their pretreatment solutions for LNG, a market that is expected to double over the next two decades.

Jim Cramer (1:38)

Heat changers, they do, for NatGas. We know that NatGas is going, well, every one of the tech titans would like it to be just solar and wind, but you can't. They cannot power all the data centers. They need natural gas. Tom Kotaris said that. David and I were kind of going back and forth. Tom Kotaris talked about Walter Kotaris, of course, he's in time at Kotara. Tom Jordan, CEO of Kotara.

But we also, I think, are taking a look.

That means that you want to look at Eaton and go back to Dover. Those are, once again, those are stalled. The Eaton chart doesn't look good, and I think that's really bothering.

Jeff Marks (2:12)

Yeah, it has kind of stalled out here after a tour at the beginning of the year. You have a couple analysts, Goldman Sachs, Wells, they're both expecting another beaten raise from Eaton.

Jim Cramer (2:22)

Right, but new CEO, we got to be worried. Craig's retiring, Craig Arnold, I believe.

Interesting, Mike Roman's retiring from 3M, Jack Hartung from Chipotle. We've got some guys stepping down. Hey, by the way, before we get too in the weeds here, we're mentioning, I think one of the reasons why the enterprise software companies are going down is that Intuit, basically, people don't believe that Intuit's really laying people off because they're using AI. That people feel that it's slowing and that would impact a lot of companies.
