Hey, it's Cramer, and this is my morning take on the market from today's CNBC Investing Club morning meeting. We had that rate cut yesterday. It was not a surprise. But at the same time, if you want to buy stocks, particularly stocks that are affected by a rate hike, you just got a rate cut. You just got a very good chance to buy. And I think it can continue today if you isolate the ones that do better when rates go down.

Yeah, we are seeing a bifurcation in the market today. You have stocks tied to the consumer. Maybe lower rates will help the job market, help the consumer spending. Retail is doing well, discretionary categories, transports on the industrials as well, like a Dover short cycle. Meanwhile, tech is weak. Some of it is Oracle. We will get into that. But tech doesn't necessarily need a rate cut.

One of the reasons why I like tech is because it is immune from that. And as I say in How to Make Money in Any Market, please stop the daily machinations on whether you think it is good or bad. But just recognize there is periods where it is in favor and periods where it is out of favor because there is not an unlimited amount of capital. And the money is flowing towards stocks that we have that everybody hated, like Home Depot. Apropos of the conference call we have tomorrow, I am saying you have to buy the stocks that are... I was with someone from Home Depot the other day. And we were just saying, look, the government targets their parking lots. How long is that going to last? It's not going to last forever. The ice hangs out and arrests people from other countries. What's more important to Home Depot is if you start getting housing to change hands, Home Depot goes much higher. So I think that this was when they reported the so-called bear quarter.
