Leadership can look in many, many different forms. It really does come down to just trusting yourself. Life is short and you just gotta think big to accomplish big things. Julia Borsten hosts CNBC Changemakers and Power Players. New episodes every Tuesday wherever you get your podcasts.

Hey, it's Cramer, and this is my morning take on the market from today's CNBC Investing Club Morning Meeting.
SPEAKER_5 (0:38)
Well, look, even though nothing's happening maybe at the index level, we really focus on individual companies.
Jim Cramer (0:43)
Exactly.
SPEAKER_5 (0:43)
A company we heard from last night and this morning, GE Vernova. Biggest gainer in the S&P 500 today, soaring to a new record high, taking out that spike from a couple quarters ago.
Jim Cramer (0:56)
The $1,000 price target from JP Moyer seems really salient to me. I think that's where it's headed.
SPEAKER_5 (1:01)
It's incredible. You also had two upgrades, RBC, Oppenheimer. Why? Well, they gave guidance for 2026, but they also significantly raised guidance for 2028 They increased the revenue forecast by 7 billion, adjusted EBITDA margin up 6 percentage points, free cash flow as well. And also just in terms of the backlog, they booked more orders in the fourth quarter than what anyone anticipated. 18 gigawatts of gas turbine contract signed quarter to date. They're sold out of capacity through 2028, only 10 gigawatts remaining in 2029 And even as pricing power remains strong, they're adding incremental capacity too. I know you've long wanted them to add a little more capacity.
Jim Cramer (1:47)
Yeah, well, I've been pushing them. I've been pushing them. Why? Because you and I both know this is something. That we're going to expand production. Because you can only save so much within a factory. Now, it turns out the factories obviously were very inefficient. Scott's been addressing that. But you need a combination of orders and efficiency. And that's what's driving this thing up to 113%.
SPEAKER_5 (2:15)
Yeah, volume and price, as one analyst wrote. Volume and price. You usually don't get that unless there's an amazing amount of demand.
Jim Cramer (2:22)
There's an amazing amount of demand.
SPEAKER_5 (2:23)
They're also up to buy back, you know, significant, now $10 billion. And they doubled the quarterly dividend, which is small.
Jim Cramer (2:30)
Well, this is important because even just a few years ago, what we thought was that this company would have a very hard time coming public because it was losing so much money. It was so poorly run. That's over. That's all behind them. Now, so I believe that people should hold on.
SPEAKER_5 (2:46)
Yeah. And we're seeing some ripple effects in the market today from Vernova.
For example, some overlap in the electrification side. They're higher today. It was upgraded yesterday by Wolf Research.
Jim Cramer (2:59)
I still think it should take out that high.
SPEAKER_5 (3:00)
Yeah.
Jim Cramer (3:01)
There's only a 4% for the year. And a lot of that is because when they report, people have been let down because they did have some margin problems. I think that's going away. They're expanding dramatically.
SPEAKER_5 (3:10)
Yeah. Next year, getting back to the better beaten raise cadence as we saw throughout 23 and 2024
