On WhatsApp, your personal messages stay private between you and whoever you send them to. So things like the passport numbers for your honeymoon stay between you and your fiance. And that video call for your grand's 80th stays in the family. Even your streaming password stays between you and your college roommates, who still ask for it every week in your group chat. Because on WhatsApp, your personal messages are yours. No one else can see or hear them. Not even us. WhatsApp. Message privately.

Jim Cramer (0:49)

Hey, it's Cramer. And this is my morning take on the market from today's CNBC Investing Club morning meeting.

Jeff Marks (0:54)

There was an upside 90-day catalyst watch placed on Dover today by Citi. They view it as underappreciated visibility to accelerating growth in several leading relatively high margin niche businesses. We've talked about these before like Bio Pharma, Thermal Connectors that go into the data center, Heat Exchangers.

Jim Cramer (1:13)

Well, he's been upgrading the portfolio, going from high multiple to low multiple. I think we have to buy some. And he said, well, aren't we violating the basis? The stock is nowhere. It's nowhere.

Jeff Marks (1:22)

It's essentially fly year to date. Down a little bit today despite the good news. I think it might be on just some of the tariff headlines that do get, I was checking back to their last deck, 30% of their cost of goods sold come from Europe. So a 30% tariff may be impacting things. But I would caution reading too much into that because Dover also does a lot of local for local business. So they make it where they sell it. So the impact shouldn't be that significant. So yeah, I like the idea of picking it up. It is a relatively cheap one.

Jim Cramer (1:52)

We have a lot of cash. The stock is down. I know we're overbought. But this is certainly not overbought. I really like this scenario. We have a lot of stocks that I think when we are a catalyst watch, that is not idle. Okay. I'm not saying someone knows because I've been in some information. But there's obviously a lot of deal talk and we know that Tobin wants to do a deal. And I like it. I like it. And we should buy it.

Jeff Marks (2:12)

NVIDIA, nice interview yesterday on CNN with Jensen Wang saying you shouldn't worry about Chinese military using US technology essentially because they can't rely on it because it could be limited at any time. Yeah. What do you make of that?

Jim Cramer (2:26)

Well, first of all, he went on the wrong network. He was on CNN.

Jeff Marks (2:29)

He forgot the bid.

Jim Cramer (2:30)

And Fareed is very anti-tariff. So the way the president works is like, what is he doing on CNN? Second, I think that they feel that he is too close to Beijing. Completely untrue. He's not close to Beijing. Third, they are still reeling off the idea that perhaps DeepSeek and many other Chinese people actually are buying the grade A number one chips using transshipment from out of Singapore. Not true. Just not true. I mean, NVIDIA has a total handle on this. Now Jensen comes back and says, look, we want a strong dollar because we want everybody to be on the dollar standard. He says, now we want a strong AI. We want everyone to be on NVIDIA's standard. I think it's so brilliant. It's elegant in its solution. And I think that the administration should take him up. However, the administration tends to believe a lot also with Tim Cook. Too close to China. There's nothing in Jensen's repertoire that tells him he's too close to China.
