Oh, could this vintage store be any cuter?

David Faber (0:03)

Right, and the best part, they accept Discover.

SPEAKER_1 (0:06)

Accept Discover? In a little place like this? I don't think so, Jennifer.

SPEAKER_3 (0:10)

Oh, yeah, huh. Discover's accepted where I like to shop. Come on, baby, get with the times.

SPEAKER_1 (0:16)

Right, so we shouldn't get the parachute pets?

SPEAKER_4 (0:19)

These are making a comeback.

David Faber (0:22)

I think.

SPEAKER_4 (0:23)

Discover is accepted at 99% of places that take credit cards nationwide.

David Faber (0:27)

Based on the February 2025 Nielsen Report.

Jim Cramer (1:02)

Jim Cramer here to share with you a sample of my take on the market from today's CNBC Investing Club morning meeting.

David Faber (1:10)

Let's get into the movers, the earnings reports of the morning that start off with BlackRock, a big top and bottom line bead, $13.16 EPS versus $12.21 expected. The biggest standout to me, 12% annualized organic base fee growth. That's an acceleration from the third quarter. It's back to back quarters of double digit growth.

Jim Cramer (1:30)

And my standout is the 10% boost in the dividend when they had been doing 2%. I obviously spoke to Larry Fink this morning. He is the most bullish. I've known him for a very, very long time. He's the most bullish he's ever been.

David Faber (1:40)

That DIV increase was the highest since 2021, as you point out. $342 billion of net inflows in the quarter, much better than expected. They have $2.5 trillion of net inflows over the last five years. Just extraordinary figures. Asset on their management crosses $14 trillion. And by the way, this year is going to be the first full year where they integrate all those acquisitions they've been making. GIP, Global Infrastructure Partners, HPS, Prequents. So a lot to look forward to. I know heading into the quarter, we sold some the other week. We were saying maybe this is going to be make or break. Does this make it for you?

Jim Cramer (2:16)

Now, I do want to point, first of all, the sale was a good one, actually.

David Faber (2:19)

1120, so it's $20 a year.

Jim Cramer (2:21)

I want to point out that there had been this thesis, by the way, Calend is just downgrading. The thesis was, these are all the same. State Street is the same, and Bank of New York is the same. They're not. It's very obvious that there's technological superiority here. It's very obvious that they have a greater menu, very obvious that they are an international company, very obvious that Larry Fink is now the king, and scale matters. 14 trillion matters. I really like their infrastructure. I even asked about Fenn as well. It sounds like they could be doing that. This is a company that I think can still be bought. It's down for the year. Pretty impressive.
