Hey, it's Cramer, and this is my morning take on the market from today's CNBC Investing Club Morning Meeting.
SPEAKER_3 (0:54)
Why don't we just go to after? Sure.
Jim Cramer (0:56)
All right, I got to go to the launch day today. Saw Tim again. I spent a lot of time with Tim last week in Harrisburg, Kentucky. There have been moments where I've seen Tim say, when I say, listen, here's better than expected, and he would say yes. And then there are moments where he would tell me that it's better than expected. That's what we're having. They were genuinely surprised how big the lines were in China, in India. They were surprised that the longest line was in Dubai. They are, they kept phones back here. A lot of these other countries, they don't have the phones. You have, you can put your pre-order in, they have the phones for that. But each one is salient. The Pro is a terrific camera. I think that this Air is just the one to get. It's really, really light. It's indestructible.
It's just, it's titanium, which is the hardest metal in the world to ruin. It doesn't have the longest battery life of them. But, and then people just could go get the regular 17, which has a lot of different new things. Remember, it's the camera that's the big upgrade here. I was talking to some people at Apple who reminded me, this was one kept totally under wraps. And Wall Street kept trying to game it. They didn't have any idea. And the numbers that you saw last week about what people were betting on all wrong. So I just think you want to stay long this. This could be the breakout moment. And the reason I say that is because people really are looking for low single digits for this. And I think we're going to get better than that.

It does seem like there is greater enthusiasm this year for the new phone versus last year. JP Morgan raises their price target to $280 from $255 this morning, citing favorable demand indications. In the early days of the 17 launches. There's another one. And JP Morgan, they're already looking ahead to next year. Don't want to get too far in advance.
But it does seem like there's reports out there that maybe they would do a foldable phone.
Jim Cramer (2:49)
When I was at... Now, Corning already has bendable glass. And the only time that Kim and Wendell Weeks, the CEO of Corning, blocked it at my discussion was that, I want to know how we're doing on bendable glass. And they were both involved on that, right? I think that's it.
SPEAKER_3 (3:05)
Yeah, I think they invoked that first rule of Fight Club.
Jim Cramer (3:09)
Yes, they did.
SPEAKER_3 (3:11)
You don't really talk about Apple and what's happening there.
