Hey, it's Cramer, and this is my morning take on the market from today's CNBC Investing Club Morning Meeting.

SPEAKER_5 (0:58)

Let's go into Apple. Reported last night, a blowout quarter. Great guidance. Just in terms of the quarter, you'd revenue up 16% year-over-year, beat the consensus by $5 billion, driven by iPhone sales. Up 23% year-over-year, that beat the consensus by $7 billion. China, a massive upside surprise. Sales up 38%.

Services revenue up 14% in line. Gross margins better than expectations. Gross margins in guidance for the current quarter, that was impressive. Some were even calling it shocking, given the attention, the risk from rising memory prices. And you had the stocks down to $1.50.

Jim Cramer (1:42)

I mean, right now, historically, the bears have the megaphone, when they've reported for the last few times, it's been almost been up, they've sent it down. I think that the people at Apple are probably in disbelief because I think Apple's much more in control of its faith than everybody else. This is an SOC problem, it's a flash problem, NAND, and you gotta get long-term contracts. Those things are up outrageously. But what matters is to you. Will you get hurt by it or will you buy an iPhone anyway? I think that the momentum to buy iPhone is one of the strongest I've ever seen it, particularly back in China, and the company's not getting enough credit. Now, does that mean you should go buy it right now? I think it did touch, when it was down four or five, that would be the moment. It could be the moment again. I don't think it's gonna rally today, but I do think it should be bought.

SPEAKER_5 (2:31)

Yeah, I mean, look, gross margins were great in this quarter. They said the impact from rising memory prices were contemplated in guidance. Do we today, as investors, do we don't have visibility maybe in the second half of the year?

Jim Cramer (2:45)

Well, they didn't guide, but they don't guide.

SPEAKER_5 (2:48)

But let's remember this is Apple. They have the most bargaining power of any company, maybe other than NVIDIA right now in terms of suppliers. So I think they'll figure it out.

Jim Cramer (3:03)

No, you have to put yourself in the head, and they're not gonna do this, the sellers are gonna do this, of someone who runs Sandisk. They'll come a time when, and they talk about this, there's too much produce and things create, okay? They're gonna come a time. Now you know that Apple is saying to them, it's not always great for you guys, but we will be in there for you, but you gotta stop the gouging, because you gotta be thinking about what's gonna happen two, three years from now when all the plants open, that are making this stuff. That's what you need to do. You've gotta understand the way it works. I worked very closely with Intel during the heyday, and if they needed a product, they used to say, hey guys, right now you're hot stuff, you're not always gonna be hot stuff. Let's do a deal. Apple knows that just because right now, Sandisk has the edge on them, they need, Sandisk knows too, Apple knows it isn't always halcyon, and one day that we're gonna have the additional drive to be produced, and they're gonna wish they did a deal with Apple. And that's what you should be thinking about. That's why Apple's a buy, okay? Now, do I wanna buy it right here? The Bears won it down three or four. Let them have it, but then buy it.
