Don't just ride the index, seek to outperform it with FELC, the Fidelity Enhanced Large Capcore ETF. Unlike passive ETFs, FELC is run by a team of experts to adapt to market conditions and pursue upside potential wherever it's hiding. And while you get the potential outperformance of an actively managed fund, you can still buy and sell it on your terms, just like any other ETF. Discover FELC, the Fidelity Enhanced Large Capcore ETF, part of Fidelity's suite of active ETFs. Learn more at fidelity.com/f-e-l-c.

Before investing in any exchange traded fund, you should consider its investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses. Contact Fidelity for a prospectus and offering circular, or if available, a summary prospectus containing this information. Read it carefully. While active ETFs offer the potential to outperform an index, these products may more significantly trail an index as compared with passive ETFs. Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC, member NYSC-SIPC.

Jim Cramer here to share with you a sample of my take on the market from today's CNBC Investing Club morning meeting.

SPEAKER_4 (1:41)

Last night, big night, it was a great interview that you had with Andy Jassy, the CEO of Amazon. You guys talked about so many different initiatives.

Jim Cramer (1:50)

Well, in the end, I'm trying to help people make money. I thought a couple of things were really interesting. One is that he thinks that the biggest thing that's going to happen is AI, but that itself is not going to make you money. What is going to make you money is Project Kuiper, which he says is going to bring in another 500 million people of which they expect to get a huge number of them to be members of Prime. They have to put up a lot of rockets to put him up with everything, so you got to stay with the rocket team. But it does say, I had been worried about saturation, like how many more people can be Prime members. He's thinking, well, between rural, which is going to have 40 million, and between Project Kuiper's going to have 500 million, you have 540 million people who do not have Prime, and they can pick up maybe, I don't know, 10% of that.

SPEAKER_4 (2:41)

Yeah, so just a reminder, Kuiper, this is Amazon's low earth orbit satellite broadband network. So yes, very high upfront cost, but he kind of suggests this is going to pay for itself. It's going to provide reliable internet to customers and communities around the world. Get more people to sign up for Prime, and once you do that, that's the fly reel, right? You're shopping more on the e-commerce platform. Maybe you're subscribing to, you know, you're doing Prime video as well. So just a lot of benefits that once you get into their ecosystem, you end up shopping more.

Jim Cramer (3:15)

Yeah, in the end, he's selling Prime. Yeah. And he's talking to me about how Alexa Plus is now going to be conversant. Maybe a reason why you want this. Right now, Alexa is not a reason why you, you do not like, it's lost $8 billion. It is often confused. It doesn't really have a ability to reason. The new Alexa Plus can reason. That's very important. The new robots can reason. Now, I asked when we can get an Amazon robot, and he said 10 years, and then he walked that back and said, no, I think I should probably by 2030 Join the CNBC Investing Club with Jim Cramer to catch my member exclusive morning minis every day at 10, 20 a.m. Visit cnbc.com/morningtake to become a member today.
