Jeff Marks (1:08)

So what do you think? How would you handle this rotation then?

Jim Cramer (1:11)

Okay, I think you go against it. I think you buy the stocks that are down the most. I think that you buy Intel, you buy Givernova, buy Moa once, that would be a mistake.

Because we'll find out, there will be a piece soon enough, somebody, something will have written something which just says CPUs are in short supply, and you've got to buy Intel. Their foundry system is better than expected. I mean, this is what happens. You get caught up in the negativity. You see SpaceX down, and you say, look, the hell with this. I don't know what to do anymore. Because I got into SpaceX and I got lucky, and now I'm obviously not lucky.

I say, just be cool. This is a long-term play, and I don't mind what any of the analysts reports. It's just that right now, this is a UNH CVS market, and it's a Cardinal Health market. And the market doesn't seem to have more money for anything but that.

Jeff Marks (2:07)

Yeah, and our Pharma name is doing well. Also J&J, New High. Look at J&J right here.

While Bristol flat since our sale. So a good upgrade of the portfolio as we planned it.

Jim Cramer (2:18)

Yeah, I mean J&J is most likely going to have a good quarter. It's actually breaking away. But the multiple is still very low.

Jeff Marks (2:25)

And then Eli Lilly gets its price target raised to $1400 from $1300 at JP Morgan. It's a 2Q preview, and they expect strong, better than expected GLP1 sales, specifically Manjaro internationally as a source of upside. Foundeo though, which is the oral GLP pill. Well, they're looking more at the fourth quarter as well as sales will begin to ramp. It has been slower than Wigovia, of course, or Wigovia had that first mover advantage, being launched first. It also had the benefit of having the same brand name as the injectable Foundeo new molecule. So a little bit different there, but Lilly having a nice move back to the highs here.

Jim Cramer (3:06)

I understand Lilly is just a reiteration with a slight boost of earnings. It doesn't matter. In this market, that's fuel.

That's fuel to really make a lot of money.
