And it's a weird day, because it is Nvidia Day. I think with oil down, I think with the PCE okay, a little warm, I would expect that bond yields would be kind of tame, and therefore we could have an up market. But we can't seem to put that together, I believe, because people want to see what Nvidia has to say.

**SPEAKER_4** (1:28)
Yeah, absolutely. Wait and see on Nvidia, have a big Fed speech on Friday. That's something the market is looking towards. But yes, Nvidia is at the heart of the AI boom. They started the AI boom, and people want to see what Jensen Wong delivers tonight.

**Jim Cramer** (1:48)
Yes, they do, and I think it's two-fold. They want to see great earnings, because it's 16 times fiscal year.
You've got a situation with 2027s, incredibly cheap, much cheaper than the average stock. At the same time, you've got this ecosystem that's both backup and equity, convertible preferred, to the point where you could say, some people say it's just, I give you money, you give me money, but then again, they gave $30 billion in investment to OpenAI, and OpenAI then turns around and creates Jalapeno, which is a competitor to them. So how circular is that?

**SPEAKER_4** (2:24)
Yeah, a lot of issues to work through, creating compute as an asset class, that's one I marked down, competition as you just alluded to, all these deals that Nvidia is making. So definitely looking forward to hearing from Jensen later tonight.

In the meantime, a very positive resolution for Metta with 47 states, they average, there were many indications that this could be as much as 200 billion that they owe. Instead it's capped at 18 billion over 10 years. Now having worked very closely with the drug companies, a series of drug companies, Abbott, most recently J&J, if you could get a settlement this big, I mean, which is viewed as a tiny settlement over a 10 year period, then you've gotten a really big break. Here somehow the narrative has turned to say that it was not a good thing for Metta. That's insane. The usage requirements are so easily met by Metta, they're not easily met by TikTok, not easily met by YouTube.
And so the idea that the stock is down is just ridiculous.
Now, there's a possibility that people feel this could be an equity offering, but I think at these prices, given the fact that they don't have free cash flow, it's entirely possible that that's what it is. But I can assure you people who are subscribers, I'm going to tell you that this is wrong.
