I know I sounded disconcerted this morning on Squawk, and I am. And I am only just because I, you know, I love Matt Murph. I've known him forever since he got the job at Marvell. He bought two different tranches of stock at around $70. He's a big believer. But today we have, and I'm just using this as emblematic, we have Jensen Wong saying it's the next trillion dollar company, it's 200 billion. And then people buy it up 50 And I'm just saying that I don't like that level of enthusiasm. I'm not saying it can't last. I am saying that that means money from other sectors and that we just don't have enough money to be able to handle. That kind of thing and what Alphabet proposed to do last night.
Jeff Marks (2:06)
Yeah, I think that's fair. I think we've seen a lot of parabolic moves throughout the AI trade. And what we've done is we've taken profits, not sell out completely because a lot of these stocks have continued to rally, but we've taken profits along the way. And I think that's how you have to think of things.
Jim Cramer (2:24)
Well, it's going back and forth through Nehaz. And he's the CEO of Arm this very night, middle of the night. And he was saying, you know, Jensen just said every time Jensen says Arm's doing something, Arm goes up. I mean, literally the joke was made. And Arm is parabolic. It's one of the greatest picks we've ever made for the trust. Okay, one of the greatest picks. And we can't trim it, obviously. We're restricted. But you know, if you own, if you bought 100 Arm, you should sell 20
Jeff Marks (2:51)
I mean, yeah, like what we've done is...
Jim Cramer (2:53)
You can't really see it from this chart.
Jeff Marks (2:55)
Yeah, I know that is...
Jim Cramer (2:56)
This is a parabolic move.
Jeff Marks (2:58)
Quite extraordinary. But yeah, I mean, what we've done with Arm is, you know, we put it on at a 1% position. And because the rallies have been so significant, you know, jumping, you know, 50% at a time, we've trimmed it back down to 1%.
We've done that twice.
Jim Cramer (3:12)
That's good.
Jeff Marks (3:13)
And it's still grown.
Jim Cramer (3:14)
But I just want everyone to know, we're not idle.
We see that there are issues. We know that we just escaped this sass-pocalypse. And should we sell some sales? First of all, I mean, I'm just saying that we've made some changes. I thought that the sale of Broadcom this morning was inspired.
Jeff Marks (3:36)
Yes. So we trimmed some Broadcom. It's up on this Alphabet Equity Ways, which we're going to talk more about in a moment. You know, but it should be viewed positively for them. Alphabet and Broadcom are close strategic partners. Broadcom supplies the TPUs that are used to power the Google Cloud.
