Linde making a very un-Linde-like move. It was a small beat.
The raise of the EPS outlook for the full year, not as much as we would have hoped. Although there's some mixed parts to the story. So on one hand, electronics is on fire. 18% growth year over year, 7% sequentially. And they scored a huge contract win with an unnamed largest semiconductor manufacturer. This is in an Arizona plant. It's Taiwan. It's a billion-dollar investment Linde is going to make here. And they also got one in Taiwan as well. So a great part of the story.

**Jim Cramer** (2:01)
If you are just a first time, you just joined the club, would you use this as an opportunity to get started with Linde, a great company?

**Jeff Marks** (2:10)
Yes, I think so. I also want to explain why the stock is also down today.
It was their home health care business was weak. There were some headwinds there. They're focused on improving it. But they said on the card, they're evaluating if it earns a place in the portfolio, which is something you want to see. Maybe it belongs somewhere else with a different company and they'll sell it, if it's not generating the returns Linde requires.

**Jim Cramer** (2:34)
It did surprise me because it is that home oxygen, you'll see the tanks at home. But imagine maybe the margins have shrunk. The margins have shrunk for a lot of home health.
Maybe it's a turnkey operation that's really hitting them.

**Jeff Marks** (2:48)
I think there was still some conservatism in the guide. The CFO said while base volume showed some recovery in the second quarter, we'd like a few more quarters under our belt before incorporating this trend into future guides. So maybe there's some conservatism there.
But they're raising capex to support commercial, more commercial space activities this year. They've signed some new long-term agreements to capitalize on the helium shortage out of the straits. So I think the long-term still pretty clear.
