One of my favorite pieces of advice, think about what your boss's boss needs. Leadership can look in many, many different forms.
Julia Boorstin (0:45)
It really does come down to just trusting yourself. Life is short, and you just gotta think big to accomplish big things. Jeff, Julia Boorstin hosts CNBC Changemakers and Powerplayers. New episodes every Tuesday wherever you get your podcasts.

We did raise some cash yesterday through a few different ways, whether it was a trim of Eaton, which is up again today. But we made a pharma swap, sold out of Bristol Myers and bought J&J.
Jim Cramer (1:36)
Bristol had been doing better than J&J?
SPEAKER_6 (1:39)
Over the last six months, yeah, a few steps back. But really the difference here I would say is, look, Bristol, it's a big year. For them, in terms of the pipeline, whether it's several cobenphi readouts, some other key drugs too, they got a hit on these, where J&J, commercial excellence, they have a great portfolio. Now, a great pipeline as well, whether it's the cancer franchise, multiple myeloma.
Jim Cramer (2:07)
The cancer franchise, it's second to none.
SPEAKER_6 (2:09)
Yeah. Neuroscience as well, with actually a competitor to cobenphi. Immunology, a recent oral medication that was recently approved.
Jim Cramer (2:18)
How about the spinoff of a lower multiple business, making so their business would automatically be higher. They did it with Kenview and it jacked up. This was the Kenview, you had the move plus the beating of the plaintiff's bar.
SPEAKER_6 (2:31)
Yeah. So a lot of good things happening at J&J. So I would call it an upgrading of our pharma positions in the portfolio.
Jim Cramer (2:38)
But it is interesting. You can go two ways here. This is apropos of what's happening just this very morning. You can say, okay, listen, I'm going to come into momentum. I'm going to hit the sand disc. I'm going to go with coherent because you want to go with rocket ships. And I love a good rocket ship. And if I were an options trader, I would definitely go for it.
SPEAKER_6 (2:57)
We have a couple of those rocket ships.
Jim Cramer (2:59)
Yes, we do. We have quieter ones. But someone might say, well, Jim, why can't you just go buy momentum? It's obviously going higher. And my problem with that, by the way, is you had momentum just got crushed the other day.
So did Sandus. So you've got to, these are trading vehicles. And I don't like to be in trading vehicles for what we do here as a Charitable Trust.
