I think that the idea that both OpenAI and Anthropic are going for investment quality. If they get it, this is their preferred partner. We're going to see a stock that goes up much more.
Jeff Marks (1:35)
By the way, Intel is actually the biggest mover of those three. It's now trading above the equity offering $95 price above where Libu bought at $95 as well. A couple headlines here, Digitimes reporting that Intel is preparing a CPU price hike in October. There was an Intel Foundry and ASML collaboration.
Foundry related, this is for the high numerical aperture extreme ultraviolet, that's the NAEUV, that's lithography. But it's a good sign for 14A, the manufacturing process.
Jim Cramer (2:09)
Yes, I also think that the president is saying that he was happy with Intel having gone to 95 Made me feel that he was not, remember, everybody thinks that there's gonna be 400 million shares coming to market because the company, the lockup expired at the last week of August. It doesn't look like it's going to now. Remember, this is one where I've talked about extensively. They had this great quarter. I thought it was gonna go up, but that was the day the situation awareness blew up. They had to sell us Intel. Now we're only six points away from where I said it would go.
My first buy was premature. But I will make this point. When I'm looking at, I did my first draft of my IC speech on Thursday, and I still say top six. Top six of the stocks I want you to buy.
Even here, I'm not going to deviate. I think it's even more exciting, frankly, because right now I have a better feel that the president might not dump the stocks the way he said it.
Jeff Marks (2:59)
Well, I'm not sure where Eaton was on that list, but UBS says buy it today. They upgrade the stock. They raise the price target at $5.15.
Jim Cramer (3:06)
I said that Eaton is really good because it's not all data center. I mean, a lot of people feel that it's maybe 80% data center, it's really only 30% data center. A lot of us do it with the electric grid. And the electric grid is going to need fixing regardless of what happens with the price.
Jeff Marks (3:21)
Yes, and the note also highlights improving margins due to proactive pricing actions, better execution.
SPEAKER_1 (3:27)
Excellent CEO there, too.
Jeff Marks (3:29)
Yes, they've been working through this ramp of a...
they expanded manufacturing, their capacity, and they've been working through that ramp. And the margins have been getting better. That was key on that last earnings report. Yes. So that's what the note highlights.
