Now, once again, I want to start with the macro, just because macro could derail us on any given day. But once again, PPI is good. So you sit there and you say, wait a second, I thought that what we were most worried about is the run, the 10-year going much higher, maybe going to where it was in 1999 It's just not happening.

**Jeff Marks** (1:43)
Yeah, it seems to take July off the table in terms of a rate hike. Now, of course, oil back at 80 would love to see that go down, but you'll need to see some type of resolution in the war to the Strait of Hormuz. Is it a blockade? Is it direct investments in the US from the Gulf States? What's exactly happening there?

**Jim Cramer** (2:03)
The direct investment would be Nvidia, just so you know, because that's what they need to be able to do the high-end computing. In the same way there was room yesterday that Nvidia with China, I don't know.

**Jeff Marks** (2:13)
Yeah, a trivial amount of H200s.

**Jim Cramer** (2:15)
Right. Nvidia and Nvidia, because we need sovereign states like the Mideast contract, but we also need to see people saying, you know what, it's worth it to own these. I don't need that to go to Broadcom.
I don't want to go against Broadcom. Now, one of the things that I want to talk about now, when I was going over my favorite stocks, I keep coming back to Intel. We have a nice decline in Intel today. Intel is one of the top three customers for ASM, which had a much better spot at the quarter. But most importantly, I think that what we're gonna realize is that the CPUs are so key for the next level, and Intel has the CPUs. Now, do I think that it could drop after the quarter? We will have plenty of room if it did, but I'm just trying to say that as between, say, Intel and Broadcom, or between Intel and yes, I'll say it, Nvidia, I want Intel, just too many ways to win, and the Foundry business, I think, is going to work.

**Jeff Marks** (3:22)
Yeah, it seems like there is really good momentum in Foundry, and the fact that Louboutin has been able to turn that around in such a short period of time is remarkable.

**Jim Cramer** (3:32)
I think he's just a great engineer.
