Last week Jim, we also saw this magnificent rotation into healthcare stocks that they were tough to own for the better part of the quarter. But they finally come to live all at or near all time highs, Cardinal Health, J&J, Lilly.
Jim Cramer (1:37)
Well, let's talk about Cardinal Health. Remember I said that this is ridiculous. We bought some dinner.
Ridiculous. We did sell some hard but we got a nice basis now. Ridiculous because the quarter was great. It got caught up in a rotation. Jason Holler did a magnificent job as CEO.
It was a congratulations quarter and yet the stock got hit. But it was totally the rotation as is Merck. Cardinal Health actually may not be done going higher. I remember I said that when it gets here, suddenly people say, wow, Cardinal Health is back. Let's go buy some. Now, I am in the opinion that we're being pigs having bought a lot. So that's why we've let some go. But what you have when you look at this or when you look at Eli Lilly, which is a rather amazing situation, you just have rocket ships because of rotation.
Jeff Marks (2:25)
Yeah.
Jim Cramer (2:26)
Rotation is good for us because we diversified. J&J being a classic example.
Jeff Marks (2:33)
Yeah.
Finally, after J&J, as you can see, kind of just buying some time. Yeah, and I think that's normal, especially as the chip stocks rally, you're still emphasizing Intel for all those who don't know.
Jim Cramer (2:46)
Intel is the number one stock in this market. And I, someone said the other day, I've told everyone Intel. I saw someone in the airport in Vancouver. I said, this guy was saying, what do I do? What do I do? Not a club member. I couldn't believe I gave the guy Intel. Intel is up 10 since I told him.
Intel is a $200 stock. Why do I think that? Because CPUs are worth a fortune. They're better. They're more valuable than GPUs. They have a foundry so they could be the solution to our problems with Micron. And by the way, they're using packaging, which is Lit Butan's old business. He came from Cadence and Cadence is a very high market multiple.
