Oil down 11 bucks, 84, lowest level since March 11th.

Jim Cramer (1:28)

I don't know why.

SPEAKER_4 (1:30)

The blockade continues, though, according to the president.

Jim Cramer (1:33)

Well, I thought the street can be- you can get through it.

SPEAKER_4 (1:36)

Yeah.

Jim Cramer (1:36)

I do want to point out that it's not going to stop at 80 if it's over. The world-

SPEAKER_4 (1:42)

Back to the 60s?

Jim Cramer (1:43)

No. It could go right to the 60s.

SPEAKER_4 (1:45)

Yeah.

Jim Cramer (1:46)

Right to the 60s.

And why do I say that? It's because everything was- We were going max out in our country, and there's just an additional 500,000 barrels coming from Venezuela and us. I think you're going to see a big tip. But it's possible that maybe some countries replenish their strategic petroleum reserves. So it may not go to 40, but it could go to the 60s.

SPEAKER_4 (2:11)

Yeah. So we'll continue to watch that. You mentioned interest rates. The 10-year yield down 7 basis points or so.

Lowest level since mid-March. It's helping housing-related stocks. You have odds of a 25 basis point cut in December, starting to begin pricing. It wasn't too long ago. People wanted to make the case for hikes.

Jim Cramer (2:31)

That's going away.

SPEAKER_4 (2:33)

But we had a great question yesterday on our monthly call about, why do you still own Home Depot? Is it for diversification? We talked about it is still our world view that when Kevin Warsh comes in, we could see rate cuts that could help housing names. And you're seeing Home Depot rally today.

Jim Cramer (2:51)

Let's say you didn't have Home Depot. I would say to you, how could we have not own a Toll Brothers or a Home Depot? Those are what happens. How could you not? And the answer is we've held on to this. Now, it doesn't stop at $350. I mean, if Home Depot, you know, this thing would go up.

SPEAKER_4 (3:06)

Well, if oil goes to the 60s like you think, you'll have rates continue. The pressure will be on rates to go down.

Jim Cramer (3:12)

Home Depot has been the coil spring that we own. Could it go all the way back to $380 where we made some great sales? Yes, the answer is yes.

The answer is yes, not a problem.
