With the market rebounding, a small rebound early this morning, we did make a couple of trims across the portfolio, taking gains in stocks that have had strong moves year to date. One being Goldman Sachs, a very large position in the portfolio, partly because we bought some lower in the March pullback, but it's just been a strong outperformer last year and this year as well. And then CUNY Electronics, which also has had a sizable run since the breakup from DuPont last November.

Jim Cramer (1:55)

When you look at this, I say 74, then I go back, as I mentioned in my piece this weekend, you have these things, these are very big gains. And if you give these gains back, then it really shows you that you're not a dis- you're an amateur.

And I have said over and over again, I will not have amateur behavior, I will not have hedge fund behavior, I will not have amateur behavior. Hedge fund obviously, you sell it here, you buy it back here. We're not going to do that nonsense. But I do think that if you let that one come down, without making sales, that's disappointing. You've disappointed people.

Corning shares are higher after it announces a partnership with Amazon. It's a multi-year, multi-billion-dollar agreement to produce optical fiber for Amazon data centers. It's going to create 1,000 new, highly skilled jobs at Corning's manufacturing facilities across North Carolina and support hundreds of additional construction jobs.

I'm still trying to find out if this is one of Corning's two unnamed customers that we learned when Wendell Weeks was on the show in May. Remember, the first customer was Meta, and they had two unnamed. So whether this is three or number four, you can see the stock rebounding after a nasty sell-off last Friday. We did trim the stock 199, 198 last week.

Jim Cramer (3:14)

And that's a good sale. That makes me feel like we can hold. I mean, remember, a sale immunizes you. Now you could say, well, listen, what did it immunize you in Broadcom?

Well, I would say that what it kept me from doing was feeling that we did not, that we did not, we let you down. And my goal is not to let you down. My goal is to teach. And I think the teaching there was, listen, parabolic, take the game.
