Jim Cramer here to share a short preview of my take on the market from today's members-only CNBC Investing Club morning meeting. We have a lot of talk again about the SaaS apocalypse. I did a piece, I think piece, yesterday, but before going out, we had Blue Owl today. What is the problem with Blue Owl? They're talking about the debt of some of these software companies. I would point out that, look, I'm not recommending that people buy these structure, but they're not falling apart. They're just not giving you a growth rate anymore. Very big difference.

Jeff Marks (1:47)

Yeah. Well, look, people are concerned about the future when it comes to SaaS. There's many different reasons why. One would be the compression of the seat model. If there's just less users that need the product, then because agents can do more, that compresses that. There's also the fear of displacement, and that's what's hurting, you know, to the Salesforce's service now as Adobe, as you mentioned. But one area where we continue to believe should not be impacted, if anything, maybe you see an expansion from it, would be cybersecurity as agents.

With the proliferation of agents, you're going to need, you know, there's more vulnerability.

Jim Cramer (2:24)

I mean, it's very funny to talk to George Kurtz, who runs CrowdStrike, and he's sitting there, and just getting all this new business from those who hire agents, so to speak.

Jeff Marks (2:33)

Yeah.

Jim Cramer (2:34)

Because that explosion, and then to read that his business isn't doing well. He's like, you know, he's not giving me any inside information, but he's just saying, this is a bonanza for him. And yesterday, it was added to the Microsoft Marketplace, and what you do that for is, let's say you give Microsoft Azure, let's say you give them 10 million. Well, you can direct some of that to CrowdStrike for the first time. They weren't able to do that. Amazon did it, and CrowdStrike got a billion dollars in revenue from it. This could be even bigger. And yet people say, I mean, he thought he was so excited about it, and people didn't think anything of it. This sucks down 10 percent. This is what I buy first.

Jeff Marks (3:10)

Yeah, and it's hanging in here, right? So it looks like it bottomed maybe a week or so ago.

Jim Cramer (3:15)

I would urge our people to, if you wanted to know which one to buy, this is the one to buy because its business is getting stronger with more agents.
