When your company earns unlimited 2% cash back on all purchases with Capital One, that's serious business. So Stephen at Sand Cloud got a serious business card, the Spark Cash Plus card from Capital One.

SPEAKER_2 (0:13)

We used our 2% cash back to help build our retail presence.

SPEAKER_1 (0:16)

Savvy, Stephen.

SPEAKER_2 (0:17)

And we get big purchasing power, so our business can spend more and earn more.

This morning is this very big deal with Corning and NVIDIA. It does matter.

Jeff Marks (1:27)

Yeah, it's a great multi-year commercial and technology partnership. It's going to dramatically expand US-based manufacturing for advanced optical connectivity solutions to power next-generation gen AI infrastructure. Corning is going to increase its optical connectivity manufacturing capacity by 10x.

Jim Cramer (1:48)

10x.

Jeff Marks (1:49)

And expand US fiber production capacity by more than 50% to meet the accelerating demand for AI factory buildouts.

NVIDIA invested 500 million in Corning. They also get warrants to buy up to 15 million shares at a strike of 180 Little surprise to see the stock trading below that.

Jim Cramer (2:08)

It's not like they're offering this stuff.

Jeff Marks (2:09)

Yeah. Investor Day is also going on for Corning. We'll have more on that today, tomorrow.

Jim Cramer (2:19)

I bumped into Corning, so to speak. I spent a lot of time in one of the weeks.

The CEO, well, I'm standing CEO, by the way. When I was down in Harrodsburg, Kentucky looking at their Gorilla Glass plant.

Jeff Marks (2:31)

Which is for Apple.

Jim Cramer (2:32)

Right. He was saying, listen, Jim, study our fiber. That's where the action is. I said, well, I don't know. I know there's copper and I understand that you're going to replace it. He said, we may rip out every bit of cop, because the signal can't go too far.

If you're going to be 10X, that basically says we're going to take copper and get rid of it.

Jeff Marks (2:54)

Just some notes from the Investor Day. They corning raised its 2028 springboard plan and extended it to 2030 Some big growth numbers there, which I'd argue just extends visibility that this is going to be a strong double-digit growth story through the decade, supportive of the stock's high PE multiple.

Jim Cramer (3:18)

By the way, we don't know what's being said at the conference, at their meeting, but we do know, I want people to be clear.

Jeff Marks (3:24)

So the stock was at 190 at one point this morning.

Jim Cramer (3:27)

The stock has been up and up and up. A lot of the ones that were up really big are taking a little bit of breather today.
