Modern enterprise, there's a lot of moving parts. Comcast Business helps you orchestrate it all. With SD-WAN working at scale to keep 150 hospital locations connected and working as one. Plus, SASE and Zero Trust Security, protecting financial data across a bank's 2,000 branches. And AI-powered networking that optimizes traffic across five continents.

No one does business like Comcast Business.

Jeff Marks (1:22)

We are seeing money move to other places.

Jim Cramer (1:24)

Yes, we are.

Jeff Marks (1:25)

We have been nibbling on J&J on the way down.

Jim Cramer (1:29)

I like that very much.

Jeff Marks (1:29)

Healthcare is having a really good week, whether it be J&J, Eli Lilly breaking out to new highs. Cardinal Health 205, haven't seen that in a while.

Jim Cramer (1:39)

I got to tell you again, I know this sounds silly, but there is without a doubt something wrong with the market that sent this stock down. Now everybody, there were analysts all over trying to explain that nothing went wrong, but nobody seemed to care and now suddenly people realize this stock is back. Do I want people to buy it? Where do we buy last, 200?

Jeff Marks (2:03)

I would have to double-check. I'm not sure off the top of my head. But I just think that to come back in healthcare in general, and we bought J&J on Monday, is look, if the earnings are good, even if it's a little bit out of favor, we're willing to be patient there because there will be a time when they come back.

Jim Cramer (2:19)

Could this stock pick up 15, 16 points easily?

Jeff Marks (2:23)

I do want to talk about the market backdrop today. So it's a little bit different from yesterday where we did see oil rates down. Today we are seeing interest rates climb in reaction to a very strong May jobs report, 172,000 jobs added versus 80,000 expected. Big revisions for the prior two months as well. Unemployment rate unchanged at 4.3.

Bond yields are surging off the idea that maybe if the labor market was weak, you could sneak in a rate cut, but market now saying maybe we need to think about a rate hike by the end of the year.

Jim Cramer (2:55)

When I was talking to this fellow Hastert this morning, he said everything is great, great, great. Then he said, well, it's supply side. He was like my friend Larry Cudlow, who taught me supply side for like decades. But you have to understand that what I'm talking about is quite different. I'm talking about the inability of Americans to shop at Dollar Tree and Dollar General, which is what they were saying. The inability of Americans to spend as much at Walmart. And that's because the price of gasoline pretty much doubled and there's an inflationary trend now because of the Iranian war. So hate it or like it, it caused inflation. It's just true. COVID, hate it or like it caused inflation. No one liked COVID obviously.

But I do feel that we have to be a little more cognizant about what's going on in America.
