One of my favorite pieces of advice, think about what your boss's boss needs. Leadership can look in many, many different forms.

SPEAKER_3 (0:44)

It really does come down to just trusting yourself. Life is short and you just got to think big to accomplish big things. Julia Borsten hosts CNBC Changemakers and Power Players. New episodes every Tuesday wherever you get your podcasts.

People have to start recognizing that there is going to be, it's going to be many, many years before we have, we catch up to the demand that CPUs have. That sounds like people should be thinking Seagate, Western Digital, Sandisk. Instead, you should be thinking AMD, Intel, and Arm. Yeah. And that you're going to see those kinds of moves. Now, do I like those kinds of moves? They're parabolic, we know that. But, and that's a parabolic we just saw. And the socks itself is parabolic.

Jeff Marks (1:54)

Yeah, the socks, the Semiconductor Index, up 18 straight days. It's like 46% since March 30th. We did ring the register on some CUNY yesterday. It's one of the big gainers in the S&P 500 this year. Owned a lot of it, partly also because it's just been so strong. So some nice profits there. But just to go back to the CPU discussion, we also saw Meta signing an agreement with to deploy AWS Graviton processors. These are going to be tens of millions of Graviton cores with the flexibility for more.

These are also Arm-based CPUs, so just more validation for Arm inside the data center, which brings us to Arm. I mentioned we bought some Monday.

I think it's up like 30 percent. It's 30 percent since we bought it Monday. It's blown through our $200 price target, as you can see, creating a high quality problem.

Jim Cramer (2:50)

It reports May 6th.

Jeff Marks (2:51)

What do you want to do next here? Do you want to raise price target?

Jim Cramer (2:53)

Yeah, you have to. And the reason why I say you have to is because, remember, they're building, they're using Samsung to build their own. They're not just using the typical licensing.

Jeff Marks (3:02)

First time they've ever done this, by the way.

Jim Cramer (3:03)

First time.

Jeff Marks (3:04)

Make their own custom, their own silicon.

Jim Cramer (3:06)

I didn't see it coming, but Runehas did. He wants to build his own and can build his own because he saw the demand. He was the first person who told me, look out, the CPU demand is going to be far better than you think, Jim.

That was very helpful. I didn't know, he's very close to Jensen. He worked for Jensen.

Jeff Marks (3:26)

Jensen tried to buy him.

Jim Cramer (3:27)

Jensen tried to buy him. Sure. They have a good working relationship.

It wasn't like Jensen gave me some information. Jensen said, listen, this is going to be a CPU, you ought to get the CPU. A lot of other people thought he should get the CPU. He's a very smart man and he just said, look, why don't we get in ourselves with Samsung? So there is, he's got them. He has the CPUs, that's fantastic. That's why you have to have people in the stock.
