I'm from LA, but you know, my people come up in Alabama, you know, summertime, back and forth, you know, two years here, two years there.

So being from LA, what was it about Ohio? What's the appeal? I'm trying to figure out where Chappelle, because Chappelle, if I think from New York, was in Hollywood and said he wanted a nice, quieter life to raise a family. What was the appeal about Ohio to you that drew you there?

It was a girl and some cheap land. I could talk all day, but I guess I'll go and tell you the truth.

I saw online that you brought purchasing property, five acres in Ohio, 24,000 and today it's worth over 300,000. Was that your thought process?
Because I'm sure money goes a lot further in Ohio than it would in LA or a lot of other major cities.
