Coming up on this Friday edition of Nothing Major, we're gonna review our predictions as we head into the clay court swing. We have a wild card wheel update. I feel like it's been a bit since we've done that. Let's get the show started.

All right, welcome back to Nothing Major, everyone. John Isner here, Sam Querrey, Stevie Johnson, Jack Sock is not with us on this Friday. But let's move on with the show, review some of our predictions at the beginning of the year, whether they were good, whether they were downright awful. So this is good call, bad call. Go through some of our takes at the beginning of the year. Let's start with myself, shall we?

I said first title, someone we think is finally going to break through and win their first ATP title, I said Jaume Munar. Turns out he hasn't played since Rotterdam.

He was playing well, and he's the guy that plays a lot of tournaments, clearly hurt. He's a 26 to 28 tournament a year guy, dealing with some health issues right now.

**Sam Querrey** (1:08)
Also, the last month has only been two big Masters Series. They're not really attainable titles for him. He's got to play a bunch of 250s and he's going to get one.

**John Isner** (1:16)
Yeah, that's true. Yeah, he's not going to win in New Wales or Miami. But I said first Masters 1000 Did I really say this? Apparently, I did. I said, Alex, do manure. And he did not play well. It's also tricky.

**Stevie Johnson** (1:28)
You have to pick someone who didn't win a Masters 1000 Exactly. Who are you going to pick other than Carlos and Yannick at this point?

**John Isner** (1:35)
No, no, no. Everyone's going to look silly. Of course. But as we'll get to in the future, Sam made a great prediction that almost came true. Alex did not play well in New Wales or Miami for his lofty standards at all. My breakthrough of the year, I went stuck with my guy, Francisco Coma-Sanya. Hasn't played that great. He's only one, only has three wins on the ATP Tour this year. He's got a lot of clay ahead of him. I still believe, still like his legs. I love his earring. He's the man.

Hey, has the trend of getting your ears pierced gone away for dudes?

I think it's gone away for a long time.

**Sam Querrey** (2:10)
When I was in high school, I feel like 20 percent of the guys had the little studs. I never see it now.

It was definitely the mall. 100% the mall. I think what I did was I faked a note from my parents that it was okay or something like that, and they fell for it.

You went alone?

No. I went with my older brother. I probably was 13 because he was 16, and he had his ear pierced. He was driving, went to the mall. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
