My name is Nigel, Jason Hammer is here. This Tyler Robinson pretrial hearing, the death of Charlie Kirk, the assassination is pretty arduous. It's hard to watch, just for the simple fact that it's taking so long.

This is not the trial, this is the pretrial.

Pre-trial, whether or not stuff's going to be admitted into the trial, things like that is what they're deciding. I was listening, I was watching it all day today.
I had it on in the background when I was in the back doing work and it's like they read his text messages to his lover. It's obvious he did it.

Yes, and that's that stuff we've known for months and months now. And now it's just now getting all out there in front of a judge.

**Jason Hammer** (1:05)
Seeing Charlie Kirk's family, his widow, Erika there.
Don Jr. was there the other day. Donald Trump Jr. was showing support to Erika and the family. Erika Kirk's legal team has filed a new motion asking for all evidence in this trial to be displayed to the public. Now, there are some families, when they've had a brutal murder, they don't want the public to see it. Erika Kirk is taking the opposite approach because her husband was murdered in front of everybody. She wants the world to see the pure evil that took her husband. So they want everything out there.
Camera's in the courtroom. They want all the evidence, all the videos, all of that kind of stuff. Expose it all. And honestly, the more that comes out, and we're already seeing it just in this pre-trial, the more it makes some of these grifters like Candace Owens look foolish, because there were a lot of people that were like, it wasn't Tyler Robinson. It was the second gunman on the grassy knoll, whatever tin foil hat theory you want to think about.

What did Jimmy Kimmel say? I mean, the same kind of thing.
It was MAGA.

Right. It was MAGA's fault. And that's what got him in trouble at ABC.
But no, Erika's legal team, the Kirk family legal team, they want it all out there. They want to show what evil looks like. And they want to show what some of these grifters.
And yes, we're looking at you, Candace Owens, who have been making a lot of money off saying horrific things about Erika and the family. Look, you can have your own thoughts on Erika. Like, I'm not here to say you have to feel sorry or you have to feel one certain way about Erika Kirk. I don't care how you feel about her. But if I'm Erika Kirk, I understand why she's doing this. Like, oh, you guys think that, you know, I'm not sympathetic. You guys think that that's another gunman. I got Candace Owens over here making a lot of money by ripping me all the time. I want all the evidence out there. And so far, it's been overwhelming.

And it's a very good point she makes. My husband's death was on public display. Everybody saw it close up.
OK, so if that happens, then everything gets on camera. The trial, I'm not talking, you know, I was watching the pre-trial today that's been on camera. The judge has a mute button every time they talk about something they don't want you to hear about. But everything needs to be transparent. Everything needs to be out there. Everything needs to be on camera.

And the more that comes out, the more rumors are debunked. See, this was the problem we had in Indiana with the Delphi trial because the judge, Fran Gull, who in the past was very much in favor of cameras in the court room, decided for this one, no, they did not want cameras. And what happened was the pool of reporters, the group of reporters that were selected each day to go in and cover it would come back out to their own respective news outlets. They'd share information.
Each reporter may have had a different takeaway of what's going on. Like on the reports that we were receiving from the court, it sounded like there was maybe reasonable doubt. I don't want to say innocence, but reasonable doubt. But for those who were in the courtroom every day, and Nigel, you and I have spoke to some folks, they said, yeah, if you were in the court, it seemed pretty cut and dry.
