Chaplet of Divine Mercy, I'm Ed Morrissey. Filling in for Drew today, and taking your calls for your prayer intentions at 888-914-9149.

By the way, just to remind people that you can also give us your prayer intentions through the Relevant Radio website, relevantradio.com/pray. You can also go to our Twitter feed, or X, however you want to say it, at Drew Mariani Show, and you can give us your prayer intentions there. Our producer, Nick, is going to be watching carefully on all of those streams to make sure that we include your intentions for today. But again, you can also call 888-914-9149, 888-914-9149 if you want to join us on the air, or even if you just want to call in your prayer intention and have us mention it during the Chaplet. Those lines are open now. Joining us today to pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy is Brooke Taylor, Drew's prayer partner. And Brooke, so great to have you with us today.

Brooke Taylor (1:20)

Hello, hello. Good afternoon, Ed. Happy to be with you.

Ed Morrissey (1:23)

Oh, it is such a pleasure to do this first off and also to pray with you. It's such a blessing.

Brooke Taylor (1:30)

I feel the same. Thank you so much.

Ed Morrissey (1:32)

Thank you. So do you have prayer intentions that you would like to offer?

Brooke Taylor (1:35)

Yes, sir. I do today. I'd like to pray in Thanksgiving for our son, our third. He's our third boy. We have five children, third oldest, and also the third in a row here to be entering into the Sacrament of Matrimony. He and his now fiance just got engaged. He proposed over the weekend and she said yes. And so yes, are overjoyed. It's everything is happening so fast here, but it's such a gift. I just think life goes by so fast. We cram so much in on a daily basis. So just trying to be present to all the blessings. And her name's Ava. So I just want to pray for them and for all of those who are seeking a holy spouse for those who are engaged or widows. And we also I see on YouTube got a prayer intention from Cookie. She is praying that she will find her wedding ring before her 45th wedding anniversary. She misplaced it. So praying for her to.

Ed Morrissey (2:30)

Well, we have to have St. Anthony.

Nancy (2:32)

I guess for sure.

Ed Morrissey (2:34)

That's what my wife, Marsha, does at the time when we're missing something. And usually St. Anthony gives a little intervention for us and he comes through. Just to push a little push to get that the eyes in the right spot. And yeah, absolutely. That's right.

Any other intentions that you have for today?

Brooke Taylor (2:56)

Well, Robert also on YouTube, he's praying that his daughter-in-law will become Catholic. So just so many family intentions and just unfolding those all, giving them to Our Lady St. Faustina, our Lord in the Chaplet today.

Ed Morrissey (3:08)

Amen.

You know, I always pray for my wife, Marsha. She's such a prayer warrior.

She is part of this every single day, even on the weekends. She likes to be part of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. So and she's recovering from injury from earlier this year, and she's doing well. So she's listening right now.

Brooke Taylor (3:29)

Praise God.

Ed Morrissey (3:30)

Absolutely. So that's a prayer of thanksgiving. I'm going to pray another prayer of thanksgiving for my friend Mark, who is recovering from surgery and is recovering from an illness.

And I always pray in thanksgiving for our beautiful faith community, St. Jerome's in Waco. They're terrific. And I think some of them are listening. So I always like to make sure I include them, because that's such a gift from God to have to have a loving and welcoming faith community.

Brooke Taylor (4:02)

Absolutely.

Ed Morrissey (4:03)

And so, yes. So I always like to thank the Lord for that, and for all of the intentions that we're carrying in our hearts, and of course for all of our listeners who may or may not be able to join us, just to include all of their intentions today as well.

Brooke Taylor (4:18)

Amen.

Ed Morrissey (4:19)

So let's begin. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. You expired, Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for souls, and the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world. O fount of life, unfathomable divine mercy, envelop the whole world and empty yourself out upon us.
