Caleb Flynn found guilty in all nine counts. That's not new news. But how did we get here? You're just catching up on this story and you're seeing the that. Like what happened in that courtroom? This is a piece that's going to help you fully understand the case. It's kind of our look back, wrap up, put it all in a box, duct tape that box, put some scotch tape over that box, wrap it in tin foil, cover it in camouflage kevlar, and then bury it after a priest blesses the box nine times. A Catholic priest, one sanctioned from the Vatican to expose demons and has the authority to conduct exorcisms on the box, shut it, bury it, bless it and walk away. And then put a do not fly zone, a do not live zone. It's kind of like a no live zone, kind of like around Chernobyl, around that box of shit that is Caleb Flynn that we are finally burying and putting away. That's what the case is all about. That's what the case is like. It's just so, ee.
You just, after hearing it all, you just want to put them away and be done.
As you know, he was found guilty of nine counts of aggravated murder.
Thelonious assault, murder, tampering with evidence. I know I said murder twice, aggravated murder and murder. They gave you, they went for everything and he was found guilty on everything. The jury needed about two hours. It's like two hours and 24 minutes is when it came back. Each of the 12 jurors stood and confirmed the verdict individually. Well, Caleb Flynn stood there and sobbed between his attorneys who continued to be like, okay, we did our job here, right? Can we, bye Caleb. It's been, it's been, yeah.
They slowly inched their way. The body language was so telling. They were like, let's hope this guy's check clears. This is the same man who called 911 on the night of February 16th and hyperventilated so hard the dispatcher could barely understand him and called him a woman. Remember that?

Oh, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus.

He stumbled out of his house and collapsed on the ground in front of officers, wailing over the wife he'd just murdered. The jury confirmed that's exactly what it was, a performance. In 2013, Caleb Flynn, that was his first introduction to the world. The first time this guy may have entered your living room. That sounds creepy, doesn't it? Well, it was on American Idol. That still sounds creepy, doesn't it? Cameras were told the country.
Cameras, he went in front of cameras, I should say. He went in front of American Idol cameras and told the country. His wife is the one who pushed him to audition. I love my wife more than anything, he said. She's so pretty. Not she's my inspiration. She drove me to do this. She's the shining light. She's so pretty.
That's special, Caleb. And she was, but I'm sure there was a lot more to her than that because once the prettiness wore off for you, you clearly didn't see the beautiful soul that your wife was. No, no, no. You just went for the tainted 20 year old at the church, down at the tabernacle.
I don't know if it was a tabernacle, but I know that word is used sometimes in religious settings. Tainted 20 year old at the tabernacle.
It sounds like a song of some sort, you know, a middler at the tabernacle, the tainted 20 year old. It sounds like a country song kind of, you know, maybe we could AI. Toby Keith or something and bring him back from the dead to sing that. Anyway, he stood at the pulpit every Sunday and led worship for the congregation that trusted him. He raised two daughters in a house built on faith. I'm not knocking religion. I'm not knocking faith. Everybody who's getting up in arms right now, ready to go to the comment section. You hate religion? No, I don't. I hate people who bastardize religion. I hate people who go into religious settings and take advantage of people who are faithful, who are trusting, who have good intentions, who are there for the right reasons. I hate those people. And unfortunately, a lot of those people mistake my vitriol for the bad people as vitriol for them. And that's not the case at all. The problem is enough. There's not enough people in those settings, in those religious buildings, organizations that have enough spidey sense to detect the Caleb Flynn's of the world before they strike. And rather than focus on that, rather than focus on going after and getting those fuckers, they focus on people like me and go, he's so against religion and God and she like, no, that's not at all what I said at all.
