I said, what if she recovered them from recently deleted just in case? Caleb said the iPad was completely wiped. I said, didn't she screenshot them and send them to herself? Caleb said, no, I don't think so. I said, what if she did? I thought you all had screenshots on both of you devices for a while. I said, I thought you sent me screenshots from your phone. And that she happened to. He got her number because that would be a big deal. He said, I don't remember. I don't think she has them. I said, he said, I'm sorry. It was a while ago. I said, that would be a huge deal if she did. She would have proof to bring to the court. He said, I could try and grab her phone when she sleeps to check. I said, if she has screenshots, she can do the court, show the court and then she could see her past messages on Insta. He said, what app is that from? I said, that is from ChatGPT and it's about Instagram. If she has screenshots, she can see GroupMe and Insta past messages. He said, so Instagram stuff can't be permanently deleted either.

I said, she can possibly make legal action or a subpoena may happen if she had screenshots. He said, ain't no way she could get a subpoena. I said, you don't know if she would or not. He said, I'll try and grab her phone late tonight. I said, OK, scroll back to October. That's when she found them right. And look at her messages from your iPad too. He said, honestly, the girls take pictures and look at stuff all the time. No way she would have kept screenshots knowing the girls are in there. But again, I'll look.

I said, sounds good. I'm hopeful they're not in there. Just got to double check because this could be super bad if she has them. He said, I'll find out. I said, be careful. He said, I will for sure. I said, she might wonder why you're on her phone if she catches you.

What would be your excuse? I said, just think of one. He said, I'll put mine somewhere weird or something and say I can't find mine, so I'm calling it. I said, perfect. That is if we want to go the extra safe route and request permanent deletion, but I don't think it's easy to get approved for this. We'll have to wait and see if she has the screenshots or not. Now I... Okay, now I have info for iCloud and you can permanently delete these messages from there too. Read all of these thoroughly when you get the chance.
