Yes, I have.
SPEAKER_2 (1:50)

Yes.

I first arrived on scene probably about a quarter to the time of the murder.
Brad Kline (2:09)
And the murder was on the scene?
SPEAKER_5 (2:10)
Yes.
SPEAKER_2 (2:13)
And what did you observe at the scene when you first arrived?
Brad Kline (2:15)
When I first arrived, I saw several witch cruisers, crime scene tape up around the residence, around the property of the residence, and several officers.
SPEAKER_2 (2:27)
And who was there when you first arrived? Which officers?
Brad Kline (2:30)
Officer Lankes, Officer Alba, and Sergeant Bruce Miller.
SPEAKER_2 (2:35)
And what did you do after you first got there?
Brad Kline (2:40)
I spoke with the Officer Flynn, Sergeant Nelson, and they advised me that there had been a break-in and there was deceased female in the bedroom.
SPEAKER_2 (2:52)
How much did you ask?
Brad Kline (2:54)
I met with Detective Sergeant Morgan. We decided to go in and do a walkthrough to the residence and went to the master bedroom, walking in about two feet, two or three feet, sorry.
I observed a deceased person laying in the bed. They had a towel partially over their head, put a lot of blood in their facial area, and the hand and arm area.
SPEAKER_2 (3:22)
And where did you nest?
Brad Kline (3:24)
From there, when I entered the bedroom, I observed the door was open to the garage.
In the garage, I observed the Ford F-150 truck and a minivan. The access door to the outside was open with the refrigerator behind it.
SPEAKER_2 (3:46)
And what did you observe about the door and the access door that was open?
Brad Kline (3:51)
Once I walked around the minivan to where I could get up close to the door, I observed that the door had to get broken off. It was laying on the concrete garage floor inside of the door frame. Along with the crown that goes between the door and the door hall and some broken off wood chips.
There was some damage to the frame of the door, but it was on the inside.
SPEAKER_2 (4:18)
And based on your observations, what you observed consistent with past doors that you've seen broken into?
Brad Kline (4:29)
No.
SPEAKER_2 (4:29)
And what makes you say that?
Brad Kline (4:31)
Because of where the debris was, it was all on the inside of the door frame, inside of the garage.
SPEAKER_2 (4:37)
And what did you do next?
Brad Kline (4:39)
At that point, we exited the residence. Detective Sergeant Morton was calling PCI to interior the crime scene. From there, I started with an excellent neighbor, the Gangnamans. They're at the end of the cul-de-sac. So if you're facing the Flynn residence, that'd be the house to the left.
