Ms. Botner, with the door in the way of one of the televisions in here, I'm going to start over with the messages. So, this is Daisy Bivett, 238 What are you discussing here in line?

Alleigha Botner (0:25)

I'm asking if she is able to recover, sorry, Ashley is able to, or anyone is able to recover some of these messages.

SPEAKER_2 (0:40)

Same for picture two?

Alleigha Botner (0:42)

Yes.

SPEAKER_2 (0:46)

How about scene shot three?

Alleigha Botner (0:51)

It's talking about court-wrote subpoena, if you go to divorce, it's saying she would meet evidence, and she did have a evidence.

SPEAKER_2 (1:02)

Picture four?

Alleigha Botner (1:07)

If she falsely, it's just talking about if she falsely thinks that he cheated, it would work.

Picture five? She would meet her.

SPEAKER_2 (1:21)

And when did you send these pictures, these screenshots to the defendant?

Alleigha Botner (1:26)

The night of February 15th, at 547

SPEAKER_2 (1:34)

The sixth screenshot of her?

Alleigha Botner (1:35)

Yeah. It's just talking about if she lies about her, if she says there are messages and she didn't have any proof.

SPEAKER_2 (1:47)

She wouldn't have been lying to you at the time of the truth, right?

Alleigha Botner (1:49)

Right. Yes.

It's saying that if you delete messages on group media, they can't be suddenly recovered. It's talking about most US divorces are no fault, so cheating doesn't control custody.

Caleb Flynn (2:29)

But how is it no fault?

Alleigha Botner (2:30)

Worst state, just let him know. I was looking at screenshots for him. He was worried about custody with the kids. I was sending him those screen shots about custody for his kids.

I think the panel went on about the same custody.

SPEAKER_2 (3:05)

That's the interest of the child.

Alleigha Botner (3:07)

Yes. It goes into say how infidelity doesn't change custody. I'm asking if deleted messages can be retrieved for custody, and it says yes, potentially.

It's talking about the examination, how they could, you know, see the messages or retrieve the messages that are deleted. And then it's just saying what not to do.

Yeah, and again, I was just asking if the court can force to recover a deleted messages. It says it's very unlikely to have that custody. And then I was asking if she refuses to get a divorce, what would happen? It says she can't refuse a divorce forever, and it's talking about no-fault divorce, and then the step-by-step process in Ohio.

SPEAKER_2 (4:35)

Your first is finally a complaint?

Alleigha Botner (4:38)

Yes.

SPEAKER_2 (4:41)

And then we get into what?

Alleigha Botner (4:44)

Serious process, so she would be, she would have been served just 28 days. And then what?

If she ignored it entirely, you can request a default judgment. Timeline is going to be six weeks for filing.

SPEAKER_2 (5:00)

What are the next steps?

Alleigha Botner (5:02)

Temporary orders, if needed. They're still loading together. Either far, you can request temporary court orders. And before the discovery phase, if she buys hard, this is where it happens. What are the next steps? Negotiations, mediation, trial, and I asked how long it will take. It said if I'm contested two, four months if moderately contested six to 12 months, Caleb can test it, not take it.

It says if she fights, court orders compliance. It just says if she refuses, it just says what the court would do.

These kids are called Ohio Courts, often meet the court's chair of character. It just has a note, if they're proud, we're going to give it peacefully, and they'll issue it by the consulate, it gets quickly.

SPEAKER_2 (6:19)

What are you asking, Jackie, what do you see here?

Alleigha Botner (6:21)

I think I was just phrasing it as, oh, right here.

SPEAKER_6 (6:24)

Yes. Okay.

Alleigha Botner (6:26)

If the movement transactions can be reflected in the force, and what they can see, and if they can be seen through bank records.

SPEAKER_2 (6:37)

Why are we worried about bandwidth transactions?

Alleigha Botner (6:39)

You guys cannot transfer a lot of bandwidth transactions to each other.

SPEAKER_4 (6:45)

Over what period of time?

Alleigha Botner (6:47)

Our whole relationship.

SPEAKER_2 (6:52)

What is this screenshot discussing?

Alleigha Botner (6:57)

It's saying if someone hides accounts, it just fails to disclose transactions. It can result court penalties.

SPEAKER_2 (7:04)

It's a continuation from the previous slide about thanking financial accounts.

Tony Brueski (7:09)

Is that right? Yes.

Alleigha Botner (7:14)

If someone tries to delete it, it doesn't delete transaction records. It's just the way it was meant to be. How can they look? Address of defense.
