We're just reunited after having been apart for so long. We're catching up with a lot of recording sessions this week. The last time we spoke, you didn't get to tell me about the province town of it all, so I can't wait to hear.

Yeah. I had a whirlwind tour of America that I have divided mentally and for the podcast into three parts. The first, as our listeners know, Sitting Shiva in Rochester for My Father-in-law, Rest In Power. Love you, hubby.
Then we went from Rochester to P-Town, which people have heard us speak about a lot. Yeah. So I don't have a ton to add. There's a few things that I did differently this trip.
One particular highlight, the things that I want to mention. I was nervous about my gym routine because I'm psychotic and I need to be productive at all times. So I was like, how am I going to lift weights while also in Provincetown? I do want to highly recommend Helltown Fitness. Helltown Fitness, every day of the week, offers a class at 9 o'clock and a class at 10 o'clock. They're hit classes with kettlebells and it actually takes place in the Wild Room, which is the stage at the same hotel as Purgatory.

Okay. Yeah. So it's just wild to me that like this one structure is all of these things.

Like it is a hotel, it is a piano bar, it has fitness classes, and it has like basically a sex party.

The underwear party is on Saturday.

But there's also a Thursday's underwear party. Sure. But at a different venue.

Correct. Yeah. You'll all figure it out once you get there.

Yeah. So there is an underwear party at Purgatory on Saturday. That is correct.

And that's the one with a piano bar also?

That is also correct. Okay. Yeah. So that was awesome. I also want to shout out the Yoga Joint because this year they have added a couple of things to their programming.
Number one, they have community acupuncture, sick. They also have a sound bath, sick. They also have a mobile sauna, which seems kind of crazy because it's like, well, you're there during the summer, isn't it hot? I mean, mobile saunas get to be 180 degrees and the air is only like 95 So I love the super hot sauna then cold plunge. I did that too and I just want to plug it for any of my yogis crystal woo woo girlies that need the hot cold, hot cold. Yeah.
And then lastly, what I'll add is jack-off parties are the fucking best. Okay. Jack-off parties are the fucking best. My husband and I got invited to a jerk party at like 3 p.m. on a Tuesday. And it was just my favorite sexual experience because I was able to like be out in the world doing the thing and not worry about it and then be out in the world afterward, doing the thing without having to worry about it.

Like I was, you know, I was, I had showered for the day, so that was cool.

But that's all you need to prepare for a jack party, right?
