Okay, everybody, we have the great Borders Art. Tom, great to see you. You guys are doing a wonderful job. It has been 18 days so far of the golden era. Give us some numbers. How many violent illegals have you apprehended? How many have been sent back to their countries of origin? Give us a status report so far of how your operations are going.

Well, on the Interior Enforcement Operation, we're about 12,000 criminal arrests in the Interior of the United States. Vast majority of them being public safety threats. So we're really making a difference. We're really making communities safer across the country. At the same time we're doing that, I looked at the border numbers yesterday. Total border crossings, 446
I haven't seen that number forever. Remember, we weren't too long ago. We're dealing with 11,000 a day under Joe Biden. We're dealing with less than 500 The border apprehensions, I saw in the New York Post-Safe front page, border crossings are down 90%. Now this is something Joe Biden could have done. We did it in two weeks. He could have done it, but he didn't. So we're making great progress. The ICE numbers, I'm happy with them, but I'm not satisfied with them. ICE has to do more, so I'm putting pressure on them. I want more arrests, more bad guys, more fugitives. We need to increase those teams. What's going to help us is Pam Bonnie's is going to sue Sanctuary Cities, and I hope that plays out well in court because Sanctuary Cities are causing us to slow our work down, because now we've got to go to the community and find them with a whole team, rather than arrest them in the county jail. It takes one person to arrest somebody in jail, it takes a whole team to find them in the community. So once we get some court decision on Sanctuary Cities, these old numbers are going to explode.

I love this. I could just see you Gavin, the ICE folks saying, these are rookie numbers, let's get these up. By the way, we have a lot of cleanup to do right now based on the open border that we lived under Joe Biden. I hope everyone understands this, the profundity of what Tom is saying. In just 18 days, by a couple of executive orders, a couple of executive action and an act of the will, not Congress, we went from 11,000 a day to 446 a day. And look, the president wants that number to be zero. And I think we're going to get closer and closer into the sub-100s, but it's pure willpower. We want a border. Joe Biden did not want a border. I want to play cut 187 that piggybacks off of your comment here. Play cut 187, please.

You've cracked down on sanctuary cities. The DOJ has put a pause on all federal funding to sanctuary cities and states. You filed a lawsuit against Chicago and the state of Illinois for being a sanctuary city. Am I wrong? Am I interpretation that a sanctuary city is aiding and abetting and law breaking?
