Being friendly with your employees and being friends with your employees are two completely different things.

You don't get that. The moment an employee comes part of your private life, the boundaries start disappearing. Yeah. They know what you own. They know how you live. They meet your family. They hear the things they would never hear at work.

Kind of their friend. But you have to say, stop talking and do some work. It's kind of weird because you're above them.
You know, because you own the business. But they said it is difficult. That's interesting.

Following someone would be pretty tough if you own a business and you have to let someone go. That would be a tough chat to have.

I think when you have a session with someone, you're bonded a bit more close to employees. If you all get on the source, you have a proper sesh, that bonds you.

Anyway, it's on the switchboard. One of three new signs put up around Brissy in April, promoting the Olympics and Paralympic city ahead of 2032 You know, one of those big ones that you see them welcome to. Colourful.
