I started the show today with crazy stuff that's going on in Chicago. I mean, we are seeing real mental illness. And the week of Charlie Kirk's death, the anniversary or the memorial that is coming up on Thursday that I'll be at, at UVU in Salt Lake City, it's got me thinking about all the craziness and how we're reacting to it. And so I start the Best Of Podcast with, who are you really? Who are we? Because we've lost our story about not just the nation, about who we are. You may never have actually written your story intentionally. I talk about that. Also, Jonathan Cahn joins me. An amazing story. If you saw the guy that was taped to the airline seat, remember, over the weekend, some guy got completely out of control? The press, as usual, never told you the real story. Jonathan Cahn was the guy sitting next to that guy. What actually happened on that plane is horrific, horrific. And he was the guy that he witnessed. It was him, it was him that the guy had to be taped down to his chair, because he tried to choke Jonathan Cahn. Wait until you hear this story. And $3 and the run to Goshen.
Two things that have happened this weekend that nobody's going to tell you about that are absolutely staggeringly great, long term for America. Common sense, all that more on today's podcast.
Truth is under attack in our culture. People are embracing lies about gender. They're rejecting the sanctity of every human life. And the government is even punishing people for saying what's true and right. Or worse, the woke mob is doxing them and slandering them with no due process. Just an angry mob making their lives miserable. Or worse, putting families in real danger. But the biblical principles on which our country was founded still matter. Real patriots and Christians are beginning to stand up. They're showing real courage without a safety net of a big bank account. They're bolstered only by the truths that are self-evident. But these people must be defended. Alliance Defending Freedom is on the front lines of this fight. And they're standing in courtrooms across the country upholding truth. And you're right to speak it. There's a couple of things that I want to share with you. Did you see the video of the guy who was duct taped to an American Airlines chair? I think he was in first class. And they actually took duct tape and duct taped him to his chair because he became violent. This is from the story. The passenger allegedly used the N-word towards a black flight attendant and then became violent. Also, gay slurs and then hitting other passengers and pushing another. That's the story you're getting. Here's, show the video here. It's cut six.
Now, they're just, there they are, just duck taping and taking them out.
All right, what that story doesn't tell you is pretty significant. There is a missing part of this story that when you hear it, you're like, wait a minute, wait a minute, how was that not in the story? How do I know it? I happen to know the guy who is sitting next to him on the plane. He joins me in about 25 minutes. Wait until you hear what the press left out.
Coming up in just a second. Also, I want to play a couple of other things here. This is from TikTok. It shows a family divided over Trump. And I think this is so, unfortunately, universal.
Listen to this. Cut to.

Yes, you made a wrong decision. And I would...
If you apologize to me for taking away my rights and the rights of everybody who can relate to me on these videos, then we would be fine. I told you in that text, when you apologize for what you've done to this whole country, what you've had a hand in doing, you had a hand in this. You and your people did this to my country, to all of our countries. That is the problem. You think it's your country, and there's my way or the highway. Yeah, murder is wrong. Racism is wrong. You know, he was sued over seven times for not serving black people. What do you have to say? What do you have to say to that? Okay, then why'd you vote for him? Why'd you vote for him? You are so racist and hateful.

Can you imagine speaking your mother this way? Because I know, as a dad, I mean, she looks to be about 20 Get the hell out of my house. You do not speak to your mother this way. Period. Period. Now, if there's not a man in the house, then she needs to say, get out of the house. You are not, you are not going to speak to me. You can have different opinions, but you are not going to speak to me that way in this house. Period. Show some respect. But we don't do that anymore. And the reason why is we've forgotten who we are. We've completely forgotten who we are. We don't know who we are anymore. We've lost our story. We've lost our story as a nation. We've lost our story as a people. And let me ask you, deep down, deep down, beneath all the noise, the scroll, the busyness, the endless doing, who are you? Who are you, really? Not the version you show the world, not the resume, not the feed, the role you play for your family or your boss or your followers, but the real you, the one that remains when the lights go out and no one is watching and it's just you alone. Who are you? Do you know that most of us never ask? I mean, not honestly, not deeply. We're too distracted, we're too tired. And honestly, if you're anything like I was, you're afraid. You're afraid to ask that question because maybe you're not sure there is anything real there. Or you're afraid what the answer might cost you.
