You know, that's a good learning because I don't think he's going to do that again. But he did the same thing in early in training camp. And we say, hey, on that under rail, you got to keep coming. Yeah, he's going to have to play a big role for us. But mistakes can happen. That's a great one to happen in practice. But he's gotten a lot better, and I'm really proud of Roman.

If you're going to make mistakes, get them out your system now. Because listen, you're making them here, and you're making them in the game, I ain't throwing you the ball. The key word he said, he's gotten better, and I got trust in him. That's the two things you need from your quarterback, especially a Super Bowl-winning quarterback, who's on his last year, who's going to need everybody to be on point, and do everything the right way. Because if you don't trust him, you can't get in the ball.

That's route running one on one. You can't stop on the route, especially if it's a route where you got to cross the guy's face because he's throwing it and anticipating you're going to cross his face. Here we are making the same mistake. You know, you got general rule of thumb. If it's a route where you have to cross the guy's face, you've got to cross his face. As a defender, you never let a person, an offensive player cross your face. That's a no-no. As an offensive player, you always cross the guy's face. It's a match of wills. I'm not supposed to let you. I'm supposed to get across. It's really that simple.

The guy's going to pick it. If you start to under or you start to slam, if that guy can catch, he's going to pick that ball and he's going to the house.

And everybody's going to be looking at Aaron Rodgers like, why'd you throw it? No, I threw it because he was supposed to cross the guy's damn face. That's why I threw it. If we practice this every single day, and that's the Jiller Rule of Thug, you cross the guy's face. Those are two routes you absolutely have to cross the guy's face.
