Kirk Cousins, Maxx Crosby were held out of Saturday's practice for disciplinary reason. The two got into an altercation on Friday's practice after Cousins confronted Crosby for being too physical. Kubiak on the scuffle. We have a very clear expectation of how we want practice and how we want it to go about our business. And we violated that yesterday. So we held those guys out.
