Good afternoon. Good afternoon. Thank you so much for joining me. This is the podcast, The Endurance of Labor Laws. I am your lovely host, Freesia Brindisi. Today is episode 349, and we're going to take a look at another failed bank. Today, we're going to take a look at First Prioritas Bank, located in Brattonton, Florida. But before we dive in, I first of all want to give a big shout out to all of my listeners, all across the United States. You guys are awesome, especially out in California and Florida, as well as New York, Oklahoma, and Texas, in terms of countries, Egypt, Pakistan. And I think there are some listeners in Italy listening in. So that's really cool to see all of you. We are loading some Italian episodes as well. So what I have been doing, actually for quite a while, not long after I started or launched this podcast, I thought I need to put this into other languages. So we are putting the text in other languages. We are eventually going to get around to the actual recordings. But I do have an Italian side to this podcast, so check that out as well. So it's good to see all of you. Second note, if ever these recordings don't sound right on you guys' end, let me know. We have had some software issues with the recording software or platform that we had been using and it was having a problem with the file. It was saying that we had to compress it and I'm like, we don't usually have to do that. But unfortunately, whenever you do compress a file, it can greatly impact or affect the quality of the sound. So I do make sure that it sounds good whenever I'm loading it and that I listen to it for a little bit after I have loaded it because I like to hear the quality for myself. But if ever something doesn't sound right, or if it doesn't sound good, reach out to us. Let us know. We will get that fixed because what we do is we upload it onto our platform and then it goes out to all the different podcast platforms out there so that it is available for all of our listeners on whatever platform they use, whether it's Amazon, Apple, or Podbean, or what was the other one? There was a, is it called Audacity? No. What's it called? Spotify. I get all these confused. There's so many now. So many have launched even, gosh, just recently. So I'm always fascinated whenever I look at the data analytics. And it shows me which episodes are really popular, what time of day my listeners are listening in, what country they're from, and what state. It doesn't give me the cities I wish it did, because that would let me know more of the demographics. But it also lets me know time of day, location, and it kind of gives me all the data that we need to see. What are the favorite episodes? What are people really diving into? And I think it's really cool to see all of that, especially right now. We have a couple of different translations of this. Actually, Sarva, I think we have 17 now, but two of them that have really been taking off is the translation in Persian and Arabic. I'm very impressed with that. The Spanish one, it goes up and down. Like sometimes a lot of people will listen in on that one, and then sometimes there's nothing going on with it. So I will say this, if ever you want to do a podcast, I say go for it. And just because your data analytics doesn't show that you have like a million downloads or users, upload those episodes anyway. Continue to do it. Because what I have found, especially with mine, is that sometimes things will spike and then no one will be listening for a while. And you know, it's just one of those things, sometimes people just aren't interested or maybe there's like a catastrophe that's happened or maybe a war broke out or it could be the time of year. Like for example, during the summer months, our numbers tend to go down a little bit because people are traveling, there's a lot of these here in the United States. So there's all these different factors. So you know, one thing I will say was I have had a huge increase in terms of numbers of people listening in in Singapore. And that was out of the blue because I haven't done any advertising. Absolutely none. I don't have a Facebook account for this. I think I try to remember if I went ahead and opened an Instagram account.
