Hammer (0:02)

Are you really okay?

SPEAKER_2 (0:04)

Are you okay? Everything's gonna be okay.

Nigel (0:08)

Are you okay? Yeah, I'm fine.

SPEAKER_2 (0:11)

I'm pretty far from okay.

Nigel (0:14)

Are you okay with this? On the Hammer and Nigel Show.

All right, the hot topic over the past week or so has been AI taking over the world, killing humanity. There's a satirical ad going viral about AI turning you, Hammer, into a battery. Okay. I feel like this is sort of like Matrix-esque, if you've ever seen that movie. Okay, so anyway, this satirical ad features AI versions of Bezos, Elon Musk talking about a new job that has humans working out to power AI computers.

SPEAKER_4 (1:01)

By 2030, almost 80% of people had lost their jobs.

SPEAKER_2 (1:05)

They had no money, no purpose, but they had a lot of time on their hands.

SPEAKER_4 (1:11)

What if we could use the energy of humans to power the machines that took away their jobs?

SPEAKER_5 (1:17)

Energem solved our need for energy and your need for purpose.

Hammer (1:22)

Okay. Did you hear that weird robot music in the background? Like, that's a telltale sign that something's not real, because no human likes that music. No human outside of a stoner buddy doing acid on a college campus likes that music.

That's a big nothing, Burger. I'm not okay with that at all. That's a lazy effort. Like, when I put together AI President Trump or AI Boss Hogs set.

Nigel (1:52)

You do a lot of work.

Hammer (1:53)

Or the videos of Nigel doing freaky deaky stuff with Whoopi Goldberg. There's a lot of work that goes into that. This was just a lazy half you know what effort. Boo!

Boo, these people!

Nigel (2:05)

All right, Nick, can I get some mood music, please? The rubber ducky music, please.

Do you recognize this?

Hammer (2:15)

Is this from Sesame Street?

Nigel (2:17)

This is Bert and Ernie, the rubber ducky. Rubber ducky, you're the one. A Georgia man was caught trespassing onto a private property.

He got a... I heard the weep, weep.

When he was on the private property, he started using the hot tub and the pool, and then what the news is calling, interacting with a rubber ducky. Witnesses of the video said he was infatuated with the rubber ducky. Are you OK with this?

Hammer (2:52)

Now, when you say interacted with the rubber ducky, he put it in his butt, didn't he? That's what's going on here, right?

Nigel (3:02)

The news, the article did not specify whether a buttocks was involved or not in this interaction. I think the witnesses said he was infatuated with it. That's all we know.

Hammer (3:15)

Yeah. I mean, if you just think about the anatomy of a male, there's only so many orifices where one could be infatuated with a rubber ducky.

So I'm going to guess that's where it was. Now, if I own this hot tub where this weirdo broke in and did stuff, you would not only have to drain it completely, you'd have to sterilize it, burn that rubber ducky to the ground. Like, I don't know if they make hot tub water hot enough for me to feel comfortable getting back into that thing after some weirdo jumped in there and put a duck at his butt. Nope.

Nigel (3:52)

No, thank you. You might have to burn the actual hot tub.

Hammer (3:56)

Just set it on fire. All right. I don't know how we transition from that to call it roulette, but we're going to try.

239-93-93, whatever you guys want to talk about. If you want to talk about AI, if you want to talk about the Colts, if you want to talk about the war in Iran, or if you want to talk about Nigel, or maybe me, perhaps Johnette in the newsroom. Some of you weirdos on the YouTube chat have been doing that.

Nigel (4:27)

I saw that.

Hammer (4:28)

That's, uh, eh.

Hey, just be brief and be radio clean. That's all we're asking. 239-9393. 239-9393. It's The Hammer and Nigel Show.
