Colin Cowherd (0:02)

Are you really okay? Are you okay?

Sophie Cunningham (0:05)

Everything's going to be okay.

SPEAKER_3 (0:08)

Are you okay?

Colin Cowherd (0:09)

Yeah, I'm fine.

SPEAKER_3 (0:11)

I'm pretty far from okay.

Hammer (0:14)

Are you okay with this?

Nigel (0:16)

On The Hammer and Nigel Show.

Hammer (0:20)

So in a recent edition of Sports Talker, Colin Cowherd's podcast, Fever Player Sophie Cunningham, was asked about her personality of being tough and also hot.

Colin Cowherd (0:37)

When you are kind of viewed a little bit, and I don't know any other term, a little bit as the league's...

Sophie Cunningham (0:45)

Just say it. I don't care.

Colin Cowherd (0:47)

Sex symbol. Is that fair?

Sophie Cunningham (0:49)

Hey, that is way better. I thought you were going to go somewhere completely different with this, so I'll take it.

Colin Cowherd (0:54)

You lean into it a little bit. If you're tough, you'll fight anybody, but you'll make sure coming into the arena, I look good and I want you to know I look good. And I don't know if that's semi-offensive, but how do you view that?

Sophie Cunningham (1:06)

The reason why I really lean into that is first of all, I have always been super girly. Since I was a little girl, I've always loved to dress up. I love dresses. I love high heels. I love all of that. You can be girly and you can go out and kick someone's ass. Like I love that combination.

Hammer (1:21)

Are you okay with this?

SPEAKER_6 (1:22)

Absolutely, because Sophie is okay with it. And you know what?

Hot take. I've always thought Colin Cowherd did a good job. Like there are certain announcers that just immediately strike a reaction with people. Sure. Somebody's listening right now that's like, how could you like Colin Cowherd? Blah, blah, blah.

Hammer (1:40)

Whatever.

SPEAKER_6 (1:41)

I think Cowherd has always done a good job. He has a good interview with Sophie. He asks an honest question and she answers it honestly. She's not offended. She embraces it. She's like, yeah, I like to dress up. I like to look good.

Fancy talk for I'm hot. I want people to see me. But don't cross me because I will beat your ass. Like, I love that. Like the league, the WNBA should be marketing more of this than some of the nonsense that they choose to market.

Hammer (2:12)

You see her out in front of NASCAR over the weekend? Yes. And what she was wearing there?

SPEAKER_6 (2:17)

Well, and the fact that she does things like that. And she went to the UFC fight where she was a ring girl in Vegas. Like, just throwing some raw meat to her fans, right? Like, that's what makes her relatable. More so than anybody else, like more so than even Caitlin. Sophie comes off relatable. She goes to the Clayton Anderson Country Bar downtown, gets a few drinks, and she's singing with Clayton on the stage. And she's karaoke into Garth Brooks on the bar. Like, she's a cool chick with a hot ass. She would admit that. And I think that's why we love her.

Hammer (2:55)

Oh, we go from that to this. Two British moms are revealing that they breastfeed each other's kids out of convenience.

And they feel like it's completely natural. Here are sisters-in-law as Holly and Becky.

Holly or Becky Stevens (3:14)

He's sort of crying and she what's at me and was like, oh, he's crying, like, what should I do? And I was like, well, feed him. It didn't even occur to me because she was breastfeeding already her seven month old boy.

And it kind of just went as a sort of convenience thing. And then it was like, it was just a bit of a nothing. The thing is, when you're in the breastfeeding zone, everything slightly changes. You only have to hear a baby cry. Exactly, in the supermarket and your boobs explode.

Nigel (3:37)

You don't actually, yeah, I have to say.

Holly or Becky Stevens (3:39)

You get this, yeah, it felt a natural thing to do.

Nigel (3:42)

It didn't feel odd.

Hammer (3:45)

I didn't understand the half of what they said, but apparently these two chicks are breastfeeding each other's babies. Are you OK with this?

SPEAKER_6 (3:53)

When they make the movie of this, I'm hoping that it's Kate Upton. And I also hope that the other half is now pick anybody that you want. Could be Sydney Sweeney.

But no, like this is weird, right? Like moms that breastfeed.

Am I allowed to have an opinion as a male, a non-female that doesn't breastfeed? Because I was told with the Lindsey Clancy situation, I had to sit out these types of conversations. I feel pretty comfortable saying this is weird. Yeah, like you should only breastfeed your own baby. Now, if it's a life and death situation. Okay, we can have that conversation, but that's not what's going on here. They're high fiving, smacking each other on the ass and switching kids on the boob. That's weird.
