Are these socialists that we're seeing pop up on the scene? Are they stupid or are they evil?

**Comfortably Smug** (0:05)
They put out these policy proposals that say, well, the whole purpose here is destroying Western civilization and especially America, so vote for me.

**SPEAKER_3** (0:13)
Do you believe that the 9-11 terrorist attacks on America were the inevitable consequence of American foreign policy?

**SPEAKER_4** (0:19)
Inevitable in the sense that we destabilized a lot of the Middle East that forced people to believe that another act of violence was the only response.

**Josh Holmes** (0:29)
That is the wildest take of all time. It was inevitable that people were going to get into 737s and fly planes into our buildings to kill thousands of Americans, to attack the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and God knows, I mean, probably the Capitol if it didn't go down in Shanksville. Are you kidding me?

**Michael Duncan** (0:45)
The idea that it's our fault is just a concept entirely foreign to me.

**Josh Holmes** (0:51)
But people like this, you wonder, like, if it's inevitable, do they even care? Like, is catastrophe the point?

**Michael Duncan** (1:00)
Inevitable is just another way of them saying we deserve it.

American energy is growing. With a renewed focus on American oil and natural gas, we're rebuilding our industrial strength and driving investment. Energy demand is rising. The United States has the resources to meet it. Here's the challenge.
If we can't build the infrastructure to move that energy, pipelines, transmission lines and power plants, Americans won't feel the benefits. While projects stall, China moves faster. Not because America lacks energy, but because Washington's permitting system is outdated and broken. Energy affordability depends on getting energy where it's needed, when it's needed. Yet, critical projects remain stuck for years in delays and endless litigation. We have the energy, we have the workforce. Now it's time to build.
Let's secure American energy leadership for generations to come. When America builds, America wins. Pass Permitting Reform Now. Learn more at permittingreformnow.org.

Listen, this is my favorite time of the year. It always has been. It seems like those who appreciate this country just kind of come out of the woodwork. We celebrate summer.

**SPEAKER_12** (3:08)
We get out on boats.

**Josh Holmes** (3:09)
We have flags flying.

**SPEAKER_10** (3:11)
Maybe a few fireworks.

**Josh Holmes** (3:12)
Yeah, some fireworks. It just feels good.

**SPEAKER_10** (3:16)
It really is a wonderful country.

**Josh Holmes** (3:17)
It is. It's fantastic. And now with the 250th, here in DC, we get flyovers like on the regular. So we got that going on. There's a fair going down there. We're going to be down there at some point with our partners at Fox. We're going to be down there talking to the faithful. And we encourage people to go down and do that when we're down there. We'll give you more information when we solidify all of that.
So, we're celebrating and putting things out on the grill, cooking stuff. Fantastic.
It has occurred to us over the last couple of weeks. Not everyone sees it our way.

**Michael Duncan** (3:56)
Real eye-opener.
Well, first, you have the New York situation, right? We dutifully reported that here in the Ruthless Variety Program of all these lunatic communists that won Democratic primaries in New York, but it's not contained only to New York.

**Josh Holmes** (4:11)
The Democrats writ large have lost contain on the contagion that is the DSA and socialism, but it's not just... I hate to just brand it so... Like socialism is like, oh, we have a different economic theory. Right. That ain't it. It's so much larger than all of that. It's, you know, you got to eat a little anti-Semitism in there. The end of Western civilization, which is...
