It started on June 13th and I started at Ms Now in the summer of 2015, and over these 11 years that I've been here, I have traveled the country and I've traveled the world, I've been a guy in the field. I think I got the best job in TV. I love people. I love hanging around people, and from polling place lines to the border, to Ukraine, to Haiti, to Greenland, to Guatemala, getting to be around people has been, I think, the greatest blessing, not just of my professional life, but honestly, it fills me up. It makes me who I am. We wanted to bring that essence, Rebecca Cutler, my boss, back into the studio. She asked me if I would do a show, and that's what Connect is all about. It's a show about people. Politics is, per me, it's everything we do.
