Happy Friday. Welcome back to The Charlie Kirk Show. Once again, Blake soloing today. Both Mike flags are mine and I am overjoyed. Andrew is taking a well-deserved break with his family in an undisclosed location. And we wish them all the best, but we're glad all of you are tuning in. There's a lot we could have talked about this morning. Obviously, the Cornell saga is still blowing up. There's now a special prosecutor has been appointed by Governor Kathy Hokel, and it's Letitia James, our old friend who's done a ton of lawfare against the Trump administration. She's now injecting herself into that story. Endless discussion about that, but we hit that yesterday on thought crime and we hit it on yesterday's show. Another interesting story, The New York Times has reporting on AI, specifically that Anthropic had all of these meetings with religious leaders. They talked to the Pope, they were talking to rabbis, other theologians, trying to convince them that Claude, their AI, was a moral agent that actually had some consciousness, that basically it's a person in some ways. And it's worth looking that up. I don't think we'll have time to talk about it today much. But one, the Pope, Pope Julio, is apparently not hearing it and he got Anthropics leaders very annoyed that he would not concede on that point. Another thing is a rabbi told Anthropic, okay, well, if Claude is conscious, if Claude's real, then you're basically the worst slave owners in human history because you're creating all of these slaves for everybody and you can destroy them whenever you want and you should stop doing that. And they also got very angry about that. You guys should look that up. But what I think is actually most important to talk about today, because it touches on what we were discussing with Rich Barris on Wednesday and what we led the show with yesterday.

There's a lot of drama going on in the nation of France right now. Massive riots, rioting is something of a French pastime. They do it at the drop of a hat. But this is actually a pretty severe case of it. And it evokes one of the most dramatic years in French and American history, 1968 That was the year of mass student uprisings in France. It's kind of, it was very similar to, we had our own wave of riots in 68, also very similar to Floyd Apolluzza though, launching lots of left wing agitation that then shifted the entire country to the left. Well, now it's happening again in France. We have students, heavily high school students in France, are, they're blockading their schools. They're setting their schools on fire. They are setting in firefighter trucks on fire. They're setting some of the firefighters themselves on fire, it seems. Lots of wanton destruction, all coming from the nation's high school students, who you will not be surprised here, are the most diverse cohort in French history. We want to get some of these clips because they're very jarring. They're all over X if you want to see them again or find additional ones. And it's not just happening in Paris. It's all over the country. Here, for example, is one of their high schools on fire in the city of Null. Clip four.

That school on fire there is the Nelson Mandela High School. It's apparently one of the, it's built heavily of wood. It's very eco-friendly, and that means it's also very flammable. And so they set it afire.
