AI Agents Are Coming - But That’s Not the Trade
Milk Road Stocks
October 5, 2026
In this episode, we break down the emerging AI agent economy and where value could actually accrue as personal “Chief of Staff” agents begin interacting with software, financial platforms, payment systems, and other AI agents on our behalf.

If you're really moving into this Chivo Staff agent world, where all of us have this one Chivo Staff, and those Chivo Staff will talk or kind of collaborate with all the other agents that are on those platforms. We need so much more compute in that world.

What's up, everybody? It's LGDUSET here, and welcome to Milk Road Stocks, the daily market show that has a note to self saying to download and use all of these AI agents, but honestly, there's just never a right time to start. Today's October 5th, 2026, we're recording way back on October 1st. We know that agents are coming. It's the only thing our analysts talk about these days, but no one has actually spent time explaining to us what that agentic stack looks like and what type of companies are most set to profit and or disappear. Until today, Vincent, our favorite Crypto Curious AI researcher is on the show to show us exactly what that stack looks like and coined a brand new term, Chief of Staff Agent, as in one agent that does it all for you and works with all these other ones to make your life way easier. He'll also show us which parts of the agent layer are most investible. If you want to see his portfolio and how he's expressing these views, all of that is in Milk Road PRO, which you can check out for just a dollar at the link below. Enjoy the episode. Vincent, I promised last week to Melvin that I would download Muse and use it, and I used it to find a new dishwasher.
I've been fixing my dishwasher on and off for a year and a half. I think the motor finally died. It's an old appliance. You want to keep old appliances. You don't want new appliances. You want old appliances. They're built like bricks. And I used Muse to look and vet the best new dishwashers. This is such a suburban dad thing I'm talking about right now. And I was relatively impressed. I still had to do a bit of research on my own, but it was definitely useful. I will say that.
I thought it was a little bit more accurate and thorough than chat or Claude could be. So I'm a little bit bought into Muse, but I haven't bought it for anything else. But so far, that's my agent use of the week so far, which I kind of promised you guys I would do.
Vincent (2:05)
So did the agent buy the dishwash for you or no?
SPEAKER_2 (2:08)
No, I didn't go that far. I didn't go that far.
There's somebody else that I live with who has to make the final decision. And I can't let Muse just route that through.
But I was impressed. I will say, I thought it was really slick. I thought it was really smooth. I would love to use it for a few other things. So that's kind of the plan in the next week or two is to see what else it can do and set it. I really like the idea of setting it for repetitive tasks and really kind of stretching the bounds of what it can do. And that's really what it wants me to do. When I opened it, I know you don't have access to it. It was like, hey, here's all these other things. You want to schedule some recurring tasks. Do you want to do this? It really tried to spoon feed me ideas for things I could do with it, which I thought was really nice and intuitive and more so than the other two, the major frontier models. I'm a little bit bought in so far, but I haven't tried GROCKFIGHT yet. But we're going to spend today learning about that agent stack and what it looks like in the future. I'm excited to hear more about that.
Vincent (3:01)
Yeah, we're basically starting there. At the moment, all the agents are coming off from all the different companies. What I'm trying to do is make sense of it and give you guys the map of where value will accrue across all the different stacks. Talk about SaaS today, talk about Compute, talk about the AI Infra layer and others as well. Because I think there are winners, but also many losers.
Yeah, it's a nice topic. Let's go.
SPEAKER_2 (3:30)
Yeah, I like that. I think it's also, even when we were chatting before, I think it's really nice for us to visualize today, basically how all the agents and the agent infrastructure actually fits together. What that future looks like, the way that it's being designed now, like who's building which part, right? Like how do you download MUSE, and then how does that relate all the way back to like Stablecoins in some way, right? That isn't a through line yet, but is something that's kind of being built towards. So that's what I want to learn about.
