All right. Welcome, everybody. It is September 4th, 2026

We're here at the Y-Refi Studios in Phoenix, Arizona. Honored to be with all of you as always. And boy, oh boy, Pure Pandemonium has broke out in the Lindsay Clancy trial in Massachusetts. There are many elements to this that we've got to break down and dissect because a lot of this is completely, I would say, unprecedented and even legal analysts and experts from Massachusetts are saying this is unprecedented. So the state of play here is that this jury has been deadlocked basically 11 to 1 We found this out yesterday that there's one holdout. And everybody was trying to figure out, is it a man? Is it a woman?

Because that will tell us what it is.

Andrew Kloster (2:02)

Right. If we know it's a man, we know that everybody else wants to acquit her of murder. And the one man is obviously going to be the lone holdout saying, no, you don't let a woman who just murdered three of her kids off. Okay. This is basically the state of play in America right now. Really, really crazy stuff. But now, that gets, we find out that the defense attorney, Reddington, wants this person removed. That's another piece of evidence, right? Because they don't understand this definition of reasonable doubt. And so the judge is dictating to them what reasonable doubt is. Okay, okay, okay. Now, and he says that the judge is going to talk to this one juror at 9 a.m. So basically, this happens. Then the defense attorney says, he.

Ah, so the defense attorney is now saying the gender, the sex of the one juror. Now, we know there's nine women and three men, okay?

And so the judge finally goes and says, I'm going to declare a mistrial. And this is the key clip here. We're going to play it for you. But we are in a waiting game, which is very fascinating. After this clip, you'll understand what I mean.

I would ask that before you formally declare a mistrial, that the court afford us the opportunity to take a 211-3 appeal direct to the Supreme Judicial Court single justice on this issue because of any number of issues that are of concern, others that have been addressed in the motions, the objections.

But I further raise the issue of the American with Disabilities Act. I believe that this is a situation where there is a clear and present danger that this individual, for some reason, what it is, we don't know, but is taking a position that's intractable regardless of proof beyond a reasonable doubt. So I want an opportunity to take an appeal to the single justice if the court will afford us that opportunity.

Judge William Sullivan (3:54)

So you're asking for an emergency stay at this point?

Kevin Reddington (3:56)

Yes.

If you want to go up and petition to the SJC for a stay, I'll give you an hour. Before we bring the jury back down.

I didn't know about that part. Americans with Disabilities Act, are they implying the juror has irrational hatred of disabled people and that's what's going on?

Why? Because she's in a wheelchair?

This is what we know.

It's an absolute shock. And I will tell you, again, people on the ground in Massachusetts are saying this is completely unprecedented. But he's given it, so just to put a bow on this, he's given Clancy's defense an hour to petition Massachusetts Supreme Court to remove the lone holdout juror blocking Clancy's acquittal. Alright, and so this is from a Fox News reporter. He interviewed retired Massachusetts judge Jack Lew. He says this chance to appeal for a stay is unprecedented as Lindsay Clancy's attorney Kevin Reddington plans to ask the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, quote, I've never seen a jury put on ice to await an appeal.
